Brian 50 Posted May 30, 2018 I've recently been on a Sci-Fi and Fantasy kick lately. The LOTR series is always fantastic, but if you need something self-contained, just read The Hobbit. If you want something more science based, try Dune. Plus we're getting a movie about it sooner than later. If you want to have a fun light read, try Ready Player One. The pop culture references get really annoying, but the core story is actually fairly interesting. It's nowhere near the other two series I've listed, but for something casual, it gets the job done. Plus now, every store in america is trying to get rid of it, so here's your chance if you want a cheap copy.
ProjectXenome 17 Posted June 14, 2018 Is it bad the only books I kinda genuinely liked to read was the novels based off of Halo? I read this book based off the first game and it followed the same events of the game but gave an interesting new perspective.
Octagon 1 Posted June 19, 2018 Try the Pathfinder series by Orson Scott Card. I really enjoyed it. The books have an interesting take on time travel, and the plot is generally really good. One of my favorites.
