This is a link to the official website for the author: http://www.crydee.com/ it revolves mostly around this, but it includes his non midkemia books too

http://www.crydee.com/raymond-feist/reading-order/ that is the reading order section, it has the publish dates, the chronological for where they land in series, and then an alternate to get better story flow

Thank you so much!

I've recently been on a Sci-Fi and Fantasy kick lately. The LOTR series is always fantastic, but if you need something self-contained, just read The Hobbit. If you want something more science based, try Dune. Plus we're getting a movie about it sooner than later.

If you want to have a fun light read, try Ready Player One. The pop culture references get really annoying, but the core story is actually fairly interesting. It's nowhere near the other two series I've listed, but for something casual, it gets the job done. Plus now, every store in america is trying to get rid of it, so here's your chance if you want a cheap copy.

Is it bad the only books I kinda genuinely liked to read was the novels based off of Halo? I read this book based off the first game and it followed the same events of the game but gave an interesting new perspective.

Try the Pathfinder series by Orson Scott Card. I really enjoyed it. The books have an interesting take on time travel, and the plot is generally really good. One of my favorites.
