I read this initially and then didn't stay up to date on this. In all reality, the owner of the main COMMUNITY channel is in charge. If there's any issues you need to bring it up with the channel owner. Silence and myself talked about how community rooms work, and it's not in our control. Nobody can modify or punish people's behaviour for a community channel. If it's an official channel, it's different. The only time any of us higher ups can intervene is when there's kick/ban/command abuse that shouldn't happen.

Not to xG, but to my computer. I spilt tea on my laptop. I did everything I could to save it, and it will still turn on and boot properly, but the keyboard is shorted and altogether fucked. It might improve in the next couple of days but I doubt it, and I can't even type my password to log in so I doubt an external keyboard would help. I probably wouldn't even be able to get it working without getting past the password. So I'm living without a computer until this one starts working again or I figure something else out. I'll miss tf2 and teamspeak so come visit me on the forums while I'm being an active DM. Not really much else to say here, I'm actually pretty depressed about this. One, I know I'm not a mod/admin, whatever, nor do I have a demo of nour freekilling constantly, but honestly, ask anyone on the server that plays regularly about this guy, before he got banned, he did exactly as Jpie and Demonic were explaining, we could be running towards him, and he would begin firing away at us before he even got hit by anyone, resulting in mass freekilling. He is extremely immature in chat when he gets told he is freekilling, we don't need this guy back on blue right now, or ever. -1

Fasty's Side - @StarmiX @Fasty H @Diamonde @Marceline @Waimalu @Liekos @BananaShoes Xranth (Doesn't have forum account) Simple rundown - We were just doin shit on our channel, then all of a sudden, chicken panda comes into Fasty's Channel and changes the desc. of the channel to add himself to the admin list, also, adding Bach to "Supreme Leader" as well. Then, Fasty was called onto his teamspeak subchannel to change it back, then Chicken Panda comes back into our channel, and then a bunch of shit went to hell. Chicken Panda came in and demoted all the Administrators (Fasty, Waim, Starmix) all to guests. The aftermath is a large sticky withing Fasty's Channel.

This summer as the TS population increases, we will be handing out moderator and administrative powers to users to moderate the official channels. Er, when Staff Members ban someone, typically they don't need to take down any sort of evidence or proof (aside from cases that involve hacking/scripting/etc) so long as they witnessed the act. If Staff is lying about what they saw, then they shouldn't be a Moderator/Administrator in the first place. To be fair, it is the responsibility of the accused to provide ample evidence that they are either innocent or that the punishment is too severe. All I've seen from the offending player is them stating that they were unaware of the rules, which doesn't exactly help his/her case; especially when the supposed ban can't be found. With that said; I'm curious to know, did the offending player mass freekill (or mass freekill and disconnect) at any point to warrant the permanent CT ban? Keep in mind that freekilling never (under most circumstances) accumulates to a permanent ban unless it is done simultaneously in one round. At the most, if the freekills were accumulating, the offending player should be CT(blue) banned for up to a week.

I'm not even gonna argue anymore. This entire thread keeps going in circles. Setting aside the constant laughter for a moment, a legitimate question that I am honestly curious about: If their channel got "ruined" by temporarily demoting them and apparently deleting their description, where might they have gotten said description back? looking at this from my view, this is literally a 5 minute joke and they got it back within seconds because of the amount of pictures already back in there. It's like the description was saved yet people still complain about it more and more. And just so you guys don't take this as "fuelling the fire", once again I will ask, where did the current description come from?

The reason we made that blacklist is because of what YOU GUYS DID. So dont blame us if we're a little mad about what you did and plus you blacklisted me and swoosh too, and Chicken kept changing the blacklist so im pretty sure you can understand if im a bit mad.

This may result in a kick/silence/and/or blacklist at the channel owner's discretion. They were intending to troll. They wanted to make us mad and did it for the fun of it. Under "Other Rules 3) It is your responsibility to be moderately mature and act with respect in the TS3 server, this includes all channels. Whether they're public, private, or through chat-box. Any immaturity and blatant disrespect can and will be a ban. How was this mature? There was certainly no respect nor maturity for claiming "war" against our channel for no reason. Under "General Rules (and guidelines)" 1) We all understand that the internet may not be the nicest place, but that doesn't give you reason or the allowance to be rude to others. Use common sense and be respectful and you shall have no problems. We all know that it wasn't nice. None of these rules were specifically targeted towards main channels, meaning that subchannels should have the same rights as a main one does.

This is pretty stupid on both sides and just a pain the ass, but here's my view of this. The channel in question is a sub channel of a community channel. This isn't one of the gaming rooms or general rooms. The fact that someone (in this case Bach) had admin even though it seems he shouldn't have been trusted is the problem of the channel owner. The only time this could potentially be a problem is if the owner of the channel, matsi, loses admin. This all pretty much becomes matsi's problem, as it's his channel to manage.

If this isn't consider abuse, I'd like an explanation as to why. How is stickying someone to one channel and, essentially, being banned from every other channel NOT abuse? I was told by KB there's other channels to go to so I can avoid this crap. Frankly, I shouldn't have to worry about being abused IF PEOPLE DID THEIR JOB AND ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THE RULES THEY UPHOLD.
