I'm an atheist personally, but when people say they'll "pray for you" it typically is the equivalent to "I'm rooting for you/I'm thinking of you." It's a sweet thing to say, no matter what you think of the Christian religion.

1. Stop multiposting please. You know the forum rules don't you? Maybe you should print them out. 2. Your "evidence" could mean literally anything. The console messages aren't freekills, they are simply kills. Staff have final judgement on the rules and you and your buddies who demand the staff are on 24/7 thankfully aren't staff. The reason why we need demos is so we can see what actually happened and use our judgement, not listen to what you have to say. 3. This is rather unrelated to this thread, but if you have a problem with the current status of staff and their activity, you should start being more considerate. We aren't gonna be on all the time, and it usually isn't pleasant to be on when people like you are just crying at us to be on more, do our job better, or just act like you're above us. If you really deserved staff, you would get it. Spamming threads and stirring everything up doesn't help. Please start taking both the rules and others into consideration.

^ What is this thread even. Just joking, it's always good to see any form of reconciliation. If only 90% of the arguments and disputes that happen here at xG were resolved in the same way. That being said, it's just a phrase that people use, simple as that. There isn't some deeper meaning to it for most. It's just the way that particular person chooses to say "I hope things get better for you". It may trigger some people (as is the case here) but it's far easier and more productive to just let it be, as there is literally no way you will get people to stop saying it openly. Besides, it isn't like it's a phrase used to jab at someone so much as it is a phrase of empathy. Don't see why it should be called out on :coffee:

to be perfectly honest, I wasnt even a T. I was on his team when he started. I was one of the judges for the joke contest when the previous warden died. he raged bc like 8 people told him he cant do a joke day with 2 CTs.

if multiple people will corroborate the same story, why not believe it? yes, we all made it up bc it was fun, bc that makes perfect sense right? maybe if the staff would actually play, they could prevent these sorts of things, like their job entitles. but instead of playing on the server to do their job, they get all pissy bc they werent there to do what is THEIR job. its not MY job to make ban requests because no one is willing to monitor the server. the fact that multiple people agree should be enough because its rediculous to insinuate that we're all lying

Yeah I was also there. It would've helped had there been a mod on or if someone like Majestic was a mod to ban him. Then he left without warning

I understand what you were referring to, and I'm by no means trying to argue. To clarify, my first post was just a comment on why some people react to it harshly and call it out. I also agree that the phrase has lost it's meaning, and social media has become this pissing contest of halo polishing. the basic story is we were doing a joke day and warden died, leaving only 2 CTs and when he was told he couldnt do it with 2 CTs he said "Ok, you want me to shoot into the stack?" and shot up isolation until there was only one T. when he got lr, he shot him too, and proceeded to whine and bitch, ect

I don't see anything wrong with it, you can say you are praying for someone just to show that you are aware of something and are mindful of it. Its not like you are bragging or anything when you say it. It seems to me that it just triggers some people for whatever reason. Basically sums it up

Information: I just want to get rid of the really annoying/rule breaking losers also when i'm on there is few admins during the times i play and more rule breakers also i'm on almost all the time at least as much as i can be so there wont be any rule breakers or at least they will be warned and wont do it again.(that probably made no sense)

So recently (as in, earlier today) i decided to make the switch to Windows 10 after my fears of it being quite the security scare were finally put to rest. After the update finishes itself and im making my rounds around the new operating system to see if its something ill keep using. Until i begin to start typing... My new keyboard ended up breaking on me again. I had it checked out and it turns out there was a short/whateverthefucktheguycalledit in the keyboard that fried the insides of it. Unfortunately until i get ANOTHER gaming keyboard ill be completely offline from most of my steam games, with the exception of Mabinogi (basic keyboard friendly game). Ill still try my best to be more active here on the servers to prove im not entirely gone from the community, but until then, i will not be present on the tf2 servers, etc.

+1 A:9.5 M:7 Bullseye might not be the most informed person on the server, but he's definitely not a troll. He's actually active, we play together when the server is basically empty and its annoying that we need to ask for staff help because they arent active enough to help us. He actually plays and he may need time to get to know the rules better and minor technicalities, but I dont think he would take action unless he asked someone higher up first, unless it was grossly obvious (like mass freekill ect) because when there are only 5 or 6 people, trolls will come on and just go crazy. I agree because he's actually there enough to enforce the rules
