A fresh start is always nice, but here's a few helpful tips, just so old mistakes aren't repeated: 1) Don't Spam Forum Posts This was instantly a red flag to us all and became very irritating very quickly. Think about what you post before you post it, think: - Is it necessary? - Is it a post that people would enjoy or could discuss about? - Am I better off just making a discord post about this? Always think about those three questions before posting a thread. Which leads onto my next suggestion... 2) Think Before You Say Something Sometimes, what people say can really cause a negative impact. If someone says something negative towards you, contact a higherup and tell them that you don't like what they're doing. THEY WILL ACT ON IT. If someone is being rude, it's always a better option to alert a higher member of staff. If you insist on saying something, make sure you think about whether it will further cause a negative reaction or not. The main thing trolls want from you is a reaction. Always remember that. 3) Doing Controversial Actions Doing controversial actions may lead to huge backlash. One of which is when you left with a storm to become admin on a different server, then come back a week later and expect us all to open with welcome arms. Stuff like this is what will give you a bad name in the community and sometimes they can be extremely difficult to escape. But lest we forget that there have been people who have made it very far here despite being previously permenantly banned. TL;DR: Welcome back, nice to see a fresh start, helpful advice is to think before you act because actions can result in serious backlash.

Young players are part of the player base we have here, whether we like it or not. Instead of trying to ostracize them, how about helping them change and become better? By doing so, we should manage to keep a good player base whilst reducing the amount of issues. that's my 2 cents.

I am told there have been many reports on you in the past and evidence has been shown to you doing things such as, but not limited to farming hours. Whilst I'm sure that the Seg situation played a large part in your demotion, there were various other reasons as well. If you have a complaint bring it up to a higher higher-up, though I am sure the decision has been made by all.

It's pretty early, but just wanted to gauge the community's willingness to start up the ol' unofficial tradition of singing spooky songs in time for Halloween. The last success was spooky (and silly all the same), but I was thinking we could step it up with another classic this time around: So how about it? Over the past week or so I've been doing alot to work on myself to return. I've dealt with some stressful things that have been making me really toxic. I hope this is the last post I'll make on hellos and goodbyes because I want to stay.

A few people on the Discord rediscovered AQW and we wanted to pick the game up again. If anyone would be kind enough to look into the Discord chat for their names and tag them here, that'd be appreciated. Disgusting as it may be, it is a browser game. Still pretty damn fun though.

#unpopularopinion Razer Deathadder (the regular one, not Elite). Why? well i've been using the same death adder i had when i first joined xG in 2011, and it still works like day one. I remember i paid around 60 bucks back in the days for it, and right now i'm looking at a replacement (after nearly 8 years), and they are still 60-65 steelseries rivals or sensei are also great options when considering bang for buck.

Unfortunately you must have a minimum of 12 hours on our servers before you apply! Your application will be extended for a few day to help you get hours if you can! He didn't. All TF2 higherups and higher-higherups have a say in promo/demo and it was ultimately decided as a majority that you were unfit. Don't blame Seg for this. It's best we keep this discussion to pms instead of on the promo/demo thread. If you have any questions or concerns, just give me or one of the other higherups a shout!

This also goes for when the last few t's are not following the orders like not answering a trivia for lr. Either slay both or if no staff are on just shoot them. Also @Lithium can we add a rule where if all t's (like 5+ or majority of the terrorist team) are not following wardens orders and the round cannot be proceeded a genocide may be permitted by the counter terrorists?

Do you notice any Staff on at the time during these sort of incidents? If not, @Topaz makes a good point: Record these instances of toxicity and submit a Ban Request in forums. It really is the only method of counteracting this sort of behaviour on our Servers (along with ensuring Staff are properly reminding Players not to exhibit toxic behaviour of this degree, which is another matter entirely). Whatever the case, the solution definitely isn't to team up against them or to start a petition- especially if it is directed toward "squeakers". It's an online space, and unfortunately there is no avoiding the inevitability of young players screaming or raging into their mic.

Problem is fixed as I got a new headset. I now use a Nubwo N7 and with the £22 I spent for fantasy mic and sound quality, I'm very happy ?

-1 Who in there right mind would want you to represent xG. I'm gonna say this in the least harsh way possible but to sum it up if a new player got on jailbreak and saw you in community at your current state at least me personally would be extremely on edge about playing this server because you do not represent a good player. You dont know the rules and make constant mistake. For example earlier today while like 20 people were on you played first reaction last reaction for lr, tarped before 7, killed the wrong guy, and freekilled all in one round. Maybe next month if you improve and learn rules you wont be as hated. M:3 A:7
