I let a lot of people down with Minecraft, I am sorry. Truth is I have been having a lot of problems offline with my health, among other things. Not wanting to draw attention and hoping it would work itself out and allow me to actually sit down and work on Minecraft, I could never get that opportunity. I had high hopes for Minecraft and many things planned including a huge quest hub city, credits casino, mini games, large pvp arenas and ranked tournaments with prizes, among other things. I see Minecraft division has a returning former DL to take over and offer the time and dedication it needs which sadly I couldn't provide. I am sure the division will do well. I have decided its best for me to leave the clan and move on, hopefully sort myself out and see what happens. Thank you for having me in this wonderful community, maybe one day i can return when I am in a better state. Bye and take care everyone ?

For one, I love this game, always has been one of my favorite and @Tatost I beat megaman 11 in 2 days. Back on topic, this game is amazing and unlike a large portion of games the story is easy to follow and really good so I would recommend for everyone to play it! Also Owl, you are not the big dumb. if anyone needs more context, someone was micspamming and someone of the staff told them to stop or they'd get muted/banned/kicked or something or other and goldfish says "so if I play music does that count as micspamming" and after I told him yes, as well as not to do it because he knows full well that it's micspamming, he does it anyways in the background. I asked him to stop (he didn't) so I muted him, told him directly to turn it off or stop using his mic. Unmuted him, it was still on, I kicked him with the message "turn the music off". He rejoined and the first words out of his mouth were "are you trolling me?" I told him no, I wasn't, and that the music in the background was an issue and from there he argued with me that it wasn't and continuously tried to loophole his way out of a punishment, and I banned him. (fyi I was only going to have the first ban as 10 minutes, but admin discretion comes before moderator and danny had said 24 hours so I went with that) sorry for double post, I couldn't edit in time

I want a second chance and getting my friends back, because right when I got permed I lost so many friendships. I never get to play with a lot of my friends now, because they all spend there time on your guy's servers. Sincerity and flattery can only get one so far in life, especially with such an extensive history of trouble. That isn't even considering that you're basically telling us that every other time you apologized wasn't "serious" up until now. Tatost also makes a very valid point- there is no "cure" for a mental illness/disorder, so either you're referring to the fact that you have it under control, or you are pulling it out of thin air and using it as an excuse to justify your past actions; the latter of which would be downright disgusting. With that said, I won't assume either are the case here, but it is worth pointing it out. I don't know you, nor do I know the extent of the trolling you have done in the past, but judging solely on the fact that you can actually see the escalation of bans (day > week > month > permanent) in your Ban History, the odds are really low in your favour that any sort of lesson has been learned (especially now that you've posted within a month of your perm). I won't say that it's impossible, merely unlikely. My suggestion to you, especially if you really are sincere, is to go through the unban challenge. That will serve as your one and only final chance, because once that has been used up and you are perm'd again, there is no going back. This also demonstrates that you are owning your mistake(s) and that you are choosing to rectify it on your own terms. Alternatively, the higher-ups may decide to give you another chance here, but if that is the case I strongly recommend that the use of the unban challenge be no longer applicable to this player. Just my thoughts, but I remain neutral as I reserve all judgement for those who are familiar with the player

@Caleb956 and I were on Surf when TAOW went on an alt and started using slurs and being generally toxic, of which we banned him for a month. OP was then eventually permed for multiple bans on trolling. It is sad to see a regular get permed and I've personally never had anything against you. However, according to your ban history, you have had a serious history of trolling and being generally toxic. Clearly, there is no improvement to be shown as you have been banned multiple times for very similar issues. Despite that, I don't see any harm in giving a second chance. Like with the Brian ban protest, there's no harm in giving a final chance and if the OP makes the same mistakes, the ban will be more permanent. +1 for unban. TAOW has apologized and see no harm in giving an extra chance. The two months or so he's been permed, he's bound to have learned something. Should he step out of line AT ALL, perm on sight.

-1 You we’re banned a total of 6 times, all for pretty much the exact same thing. You say that you’ve changed after only one month of being permed but I find that extremely hard to believe considering you got banned for a month only to just come back and get yourself permed. I will however +1 if you do an unban challenge, otherwise that’s a hard no from me. Sorry.

Donator perks are fun commands that aren't explicitly game changing (and if they are then they aren't to be abused whatsoever) and something like taunting is entirely for fun and not mandatory. With donator, you can pay it bit by bit instead of paying the immediate full price. You won't get the perks until you pay the full number, but it's something to work towards! You also won't have to spend the full price again to upgrade to another tier of donator - just pay the difference!

I personally completely disagree with the addition of any kind of command that gives you in game items that other people have had to pay for. People have spent countless hours, pounds/dollars/whatever to obtain some of these TF2 items. The very definition of a massive middle finger is to add free item commands.There's a server I've been on a few times when xG isn't populated and they have a command that can give you Australiums, Unusuals, taunts, etc, to use on their server, yet it is the number one thing that turns me away from playing there. Not to mention that the taunt command is a feature of being a donator. Making perks that people have previously paid for into perks that anyone could have is a big no zone because people have, once again, paid real life money in order to get these perks (or just to straight up support the clan). Making these perks into regular player commands would highly encourage players to think twice about donating as they would be constantly under the fear that the perks they have paid for would end up as a regular player perk. Massive -1 from me.

You got banned for arguing with staff but he could have muted you is your response? that is out right stupid, staff arnt baby sitters you broke rules were punished twice then came back and fought with them over it then got banned i see nothing wrong here, 24 hours is a bit much but knowing its you and this is normal, from what i have seen of you, the 24 hours is totally justified.

you weren't banned for the music in the background (although that is what I initially warned/muted/kicked you for), you were banned for arguing with not only me, but multiple other staff members as well. when they told you the same thing I did you told them the same thing - "you can't punish me for having music on in the background!" if you read the ban on SourceBans, it doesn't say "playing music in the background," it says "arguing, ignoring admins" which was why I banned you keep in mind this music wasn't 'quiet' or 'faint', it was loud enough to the point where a) I could tell it was Enter Sandman by Metallica and b) it was hard to understand you. that is why I asked you to turn it off; if someone has a bad microphone or something in the background that can make it difficult to understand them (read: music) then staff members are by all means allowed to ask them to either fix it or to stop using their mic (unless this has changed since I was an admin, but it hasn't to my knowledge) it's a 24 hour ban, wait it out. @Dannypicacho @Jaydow

I always get stuck at #15 in the pogo section, even for a intermediate jumper the course still poses to be difficult for most, it does do its job though at being what it is meant for, its very basic and straight forward and is meant for new players, im not new to the concept of rocket jumping entirely, but I am trash and not a god like Lan, or Bags. Personally I say keep the map and instead we should remove jump_sync instead, thats just my opinion though. im gonna stay neutral though because I rarely play jump servers, but from playing on the xG server this is all I know.

Both, they both are great in general. If you want a pet thats real chill and hangs around all day, get a cat and some dogs will too but when it comes to you wanting a pet thats playful, you probably should go with a dog.

I think this is more than enough reason to be concerned, whether or not they are taken as a joke or not, if there's a member making racist, sexist, etc jokes then it's not going to leave a good mark for the clan at all. This ties in with my above point, if you don't care about membership in the first place then how can we be sure that you won't abuse our trust if we did end up giving you member and spew out all sorts of defamatory comments just as an example. This sentence that I quoted seals the deal for me personally, I just can't be confident enough giving you any sort of positive vouch until we see you actually care about membership. I've seen a lot of people say membership doesn't matter, and it doesn't have any authority, well. The fact of the matter, is that members are the ones that build this community, higherups may add things or remove things, or adjust as requested, and the staff team as a whole enforces the rules put in place and tries their best to make the servers a fun and enjoyable place to be, but otherwise most of what is done is completely the communities decision as an entirety(votes, etc). Members are also the biggest group that represents the clan as a whole, so when people wonder what xG is, you are the one that is really showing who and what we are, and poor behaviour, negativity can only lead one to believe that the entire clan is that way, even if it really isn't. I can agree that he holds his opinion even if people hate on him for it, however that could be avoided entirely if that opinion was voiced more calmly and less aggressively. This has already been elaborated on by several others, but it's worth noting that in a situation like this, when a word is clearly provoking someone and making them upset, there comes a point when it's time to stop using the word, especially when it's being used just to bug them. You also note that Segger sounds nothing like the N word, and yet it's clearly the message you are trying to get across that it IS when it's used in such context. To put it short, respect eachother and realize when you've gone too far, I would expect you especially to know this @FrostyBoiGrim . You're membership application has been denied, feel free to reapply in a month.

I feel like there’s a disconnect between people responding here and what actually happened. I was muted for having music in the background. I missed the initial warning of no music in the background because it was casually typed in all chat without even using the all green staff color. After that of course I saw the warnings so I turned my music down and thought someone like bonk wasn’t so ban hungry to go ahead and kick me for having faint music in the background. I could barely even here my music at points. But no bonk is to much of a wuss to handle that so I was kicked. I literally thought he was trolling when I got back on but he wasn’t. Of course it was unnecessary the 2nd time so I argued my case for all of 3 min and so for arguing with a irrelevant bitch of a mod and with no warning I was banned for 24 hours for arguing with a mod and it was 24 hours because earlier Danny as a meme told me he was gonna ban me for micspamming again. That threat happened for a totally different argument too. Hopefully this makes it easier for people who were not there to know what happened.

What happened is I was initially kicked for having faint music in the background. Me knowing better that i'm very much aloud to have music in the background as long as its not mic spamming or extremely obnoxious, I got back on and fought my case for about 2 min or so before I got so heated that I straight up told bonk, "I'm playing music that you can't hear ban me." So then I got banned for 24 hours. Although I don't have evidence you can ask bonk and he will agree with the story but of course just not exactly as i'm sure we both have are own opinions of what happened.
