2012 TF2 xG best TF2 time in existence. Nothing else even comes close. Back then, staff flung shit at each other but in a playful way. The servers were constantly filled. TF2 had just become Free-to-play so people became more interested. We even had a fully working goldenrodcity 24/7 server, a populated FF2 server, gaming history was starting, 24/7 dustbowl was full and even had a warioware server for a small time before the plugin broke. Plus, we still had CS:S minigames and jailbreak, which in my opinion were the best xenogamers servers ever, no questions asked. Now, The only servers that are full are surf or trade and I have to be careful what I say for fear of getting banned, which sucks but whatever. EDIT: Hopefully I didnt just gravedig

So on December 29th at 11 am EST there will be a 6s tournament on xG's stock server. The rules for it are simple, have a team of 6-10 people; 6 starters and 0-4 subs. If you don't have enough players to play when it is your turn to fight, you will just To make it simple, each team will consist of 2 soldiers, 2 scouts, 1 medic and 1 demoman. One person from each team should post their team name and team players before December 22nd so brackets can be made. You can take your time to come up with teams since the event will start in a month and a half. Winners will get bragging rights of being the best players on xG.

Was thinking about how gay virr was when it dawned on me that for some reason, nobody had actually made a vote to add TTT as a server, so nobody can blame the higherups for not making the server. The interest for TTT has definitely been shown, the initiative just hasn't been taken. The previous 2 threads on TTT:

Random crits? Keep them or no? This argument was brought up on tgh and we managed to remove the last bit of random crits from tgh so why not try and have is be done to surf too?

Bleed has looked into this for a long time and there were some issues with the plugin that i dont remember what exactly those issues were but he could tell you.

TF2 xG was better in 2016 IMO. Just a bit more laid back, it was nice. Also, JB was populated ? CS is a lot better right now, at least for me. They don't have that many people getting angry over nothing, and arguments don't constantly break out afaik. It feels like people there can actually relate to one another, so everyone just has a good time. I think the community is fine as it is.

I ended up a little behind on school work and for like the next ~2 weeks I will be very busy with homework and might not be able to come as often as I usually do, being like all day. I'll be back gamers. When I come back, JohnGalt42 better be at LEAST DM already.

We were already talking about this in higherup chat. I don't want to make the pan the market gardener for demo as almost every other class now has a nerfed version of stock as a weapon, not to mention how the pan is already a meme weapon and is widely used. I would much rather make it for the Scottish Handshake as it is a Demo-only weapon which is literally only a reskin of stock, much like the pan but not multi-class to ruin it for the other classes.

But what if I want to use stock melee and I have a nice pan? You'd be taking away the pan as a reskin away from everyone. If maybe you could ENABLE it via a command, then yeah, if it can be toggled on and off there's no issue.

ff2 always crits on melee anyways...

After requests from alot of people to turn the pan into the market gardener so any class can market garden, mostly demoman This would turn the pan which is a meme weapon, into a bigger meme weapon also if any class gets knocked into the air and manages to actually hit someone they deserve the crit honestly It's so hard to get knocked into the air intentionally by a rocket aswell as hit someone on the way down This wouldn't make the pan a direct upgrade however, the pan would get the -20% swing speed so it'd be worse than stock since to get the crit it would require a explosive to get it
