not vouching just stating that i don't think it is right to -1 if someone asks for vouches. asking for vouches is like asking for letters of recommendation and you don't get those unless you ask. Silence even said that vouches are just recommendations for the higher ups of the respective division. I can't -1 someone for asking for vouches because i did and i got in because of me asking.
