Regarding recent 10 mans there has been debate weather or not we should be doing fat man out (Picking the best players first, and worst players last) opposed to first come first serve ( first 10 get to play )

So here it is boys making the vote.

Just do Fat Man Out if people join up really quickly (~12+ people join around the same time) and do First Come First Serve if people take a bit to join and suddenly burst in last second (caters to people who have actually spent time waiting and prevents them from being replaced by a last-second wave)

first come first serve because people like me get out picked when they've been waiting 30+ minutes.

There has been instances where people have been on the server first, waited for like 30+ mins and haven't gotten to play. It's not fair in the slightest.

I agree with @MinerTeddy and @virr, usually what happens is because we do fat man out, people like Virr, Grant and a few others offer to sit out just because they know they will be picked if it's fatman out despite people waiting for so long.

Fat Man Out is like all the good people in the server gets to play which gets fair-ish teams since good players are good at the game.

First Come First Serve is nice in the sense that doesn't matter how shit you are at the game as long as you get there first you get to play which might get bad teams maybe not a lot but sometimes it happens.

What we should do is if someone is on the server waiting for the 10 man for lets say 30+ minutes he should still get prioritized to play if we decide to do fat man out since if they didn't get picked they waited all that time for nothing.

if any thing make it a rule where you must be in the server and in the Scrim lobby to show that you want to play. Use the ts logs to see who are the first 10 in ts then the first 10 in game.

I don't always join teamspeak before a scrim. It's not even necessary nor a viable solution to solving first come first serve.

Fuck, I don't even recall first come first serve ever having an issue. Anybody that joined past 10 players typically gets called out or not picked by captains because they know they joined late.

I understand its not a viable solution i just think it is a good trend to start getting into with ten mans so everyone is in ts and ready to start when you are in game.
