Spooksmaster - Team Fortress 2

I feel I should be banned because I think the moderator who banned me didn't understand what I was saying. I don't have a mike, so its of course going to be more difficult for me to communicate sometimes. I was banned for allegedly harassing the moderator, but I thought we were just having a good time and that i was actually going in the right direction when I was banned. So to give you some context, I was around during a match where someone took advantage of the unfortunate glitch that allows for a teleport to be destroyed on your server if its sapped by an item called the "Red Tape Recorder". Someone was responsible, but there was no way to find out now, and others could have obliviously been taking advantage of it when it happened. Honestly, the point of this appeal isn't to get others banned, it is just to plead my case. I somewhat whined about a player called "Krampus" who I am almost sure is a community figure taking advantage of someone else breaking the rules, and I did it for a while. I was gagged once for it, but after that i calmed down and just mentioned that i was technically right about the rule, and the moderator agreed, and I then laughed because he didn't before, but I made it clear that I wasn't laughing at him, just how funny the whole situation was. Actually the direct words were, "I am not laughing at him. I am laughing at myself." which is kind of true, because even now, I truly believe only I could confuse a moderator so much that he bans me. He is a truly great moderator. I believe I also made a sort of smug comment about how I was right, but that is only because I was literally agreeing with the moderator. I don't know if he didn't see that chat item or whatever but that is what i was doing. I never said or intended to say that spawn camping should be banned, I just said I disliked it personally especially with more heavy killers in the TF2 roster being there like heavies, demos, pyromaniacs, soldiers, and engineers. I never said it should be banned. I just said I thought that spawn camping spawn teleport portals and breaking teleport portals seemed illegal according to the MOTD which the moderator who banned me seemed to agree with. I was even going to type that it was just a funny situation to be gagged for being so bad at communication when i was banned. I repeat, I think most all of the moderators are impeccable, but there obviously seems to have been some sort of mix up. I admitted to accidentally using this "Red Tape Recorder" to sap the base teleport myself one time, but I didn't do it intentionally to spawn camp, I just saw it and knew there wasn't any explicit rules on sapping it so I did it. If that is the reason for my ban, then I think its justified and i fully regret doing that that one time, but not many people were on and I do not think anyone was spawn camped for that round, and I promise it won't happen again. I have never been kicked or banned before in TF2 and for that reason I didn't realize when I was kicked that its an actual kick, I thought my game froze or glitched as it often does, so when your moderator, my laughter turned more from laughing out loud to nervous, though i might not have shown it appropriately, I asked him not to ban me and it was in this specific moment when I clarified I was laughing at myself and the situation and not him. That is when the ban occurred, and I guess it was too difficult to communicate my genuineness in that plea, because he didn't seem to believe it. Let me clarify for the final time, I am not saying that the moderators on your server are bad, I am saying that I had a failure in appropriate communication ability, and that I would love to keep playing on your amazing server with your hardworking admins and moderators who do an amazing job. I understand if you decide to keep me banned, and I will still appreciate all the good times you let me have on your server. My deepest respects, Spooks Master.
