The bar that is at the top where you can logout, click your name to drop down a menu where you can edit profile and signature and shit... it also had the alerts info and conversations

Issue was elasticsearch updated to 7.0.0 and the JAVA_HOME environment variable was being set to some weird default. Changed it to point to the actual location on the server and search index is being rebuilt. Should be resolved now or once the index has been fully rebuilt.
EDIT: Still not resolved I'll keep looking.
EDIT2: Looks like may be related to 7.0.0, I've downgraded and rebuilt the search index completely. There are still errors but the activity is showing up now. I have made a bug report.

You must be at least 13 years old. Not already a member of a different clan. Have minimum 12 hours on our servers (Subject to change at a later date)  After 2 days of your member application you will either get accepted or declined. If you are declined membership for any reason, you may not reapply for a minimum of 30 days. If there are issues with your application, you may get an extra 5 days maximum to fix and answer any problems, or it will be automatically declined. 4/7/2017
 
If you have left or got kicked out of xG, and are allowed to re-apply, you must have
5 positive vouches of which at least 2 must be from a Higher Up (Division Manager or higher) for your application to be accepted.  
Vouching guidelines:
Only existing members in xG are allowed to vouch. Your vouch may be deemed invalid if you fail to follow these guidelines.
When vouching +1/-1s for any applicant - please consider the following:
 
Is he/she active?. Does he/she listen to rules or admin directive when given? Or disrespect & break rules? Is he/she fun to play with? Be respectful with your comments. Why you feel the user should or should not become a member. Include maturity(M) and activity(A) ratings on a scale from 1 - 10. You are not to -1 any member you have never interacted with, hearsay / inactivity is not a valid reason.  
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the rejection of your submission.

After tonight's Race for the Wool Community Night, which the ending of turned into a jackbox lobby, the event has proven both of the things that I wanted to see from this community. Firstly, that higherups are willing to cooperate and endorse community nights on (what would've been) our own servers, as well as the people attending willing to play the same gamemode for an extended period of time, rather than a lobby of many different games for the same period of time. Both of these things show to me that I should step up my game as a host to create an even better experience.
That being said, within the first 10 or so minutes, we received a large amount of people, which was fantastic. Due to the xG Server being down, however, I was forced to host the community night on a shoddy hosting service, which, coupled with a large player count and a great number of mobs, resulted in lag issues. Despite this, the reception was mixed between fun and a wish for a higher quality server. After an hour-long round, the remaining members and I played jackbox for another several. Overall, was fun, but there was a glaringly large room for improvement.
All in all, not the worst, but nothing to be proud of. Thank you to everyone who attended.

Just ratings that you get on posts. I've rated yours with a "like" rating, which has boosted your rep up by one. Negative ratings make it go down one whilst neutral ones like the thinking rating make it stay the same.

It has to do with reactions people give you here. For example if someone reacts with something like "disagree" to your comment or post, your rep goes down. "Agree" for example would make it go up. There are also many neutral reactions like "thinking".
