-1 being active isn't a justification for being staff, multiple instances of immaturity IMO about basically any time someone does something dumb by either joining in or trying to start a "fuck them" bandwagon to ban etc.

Sent it back to member protest, as this kind of thing is exactly why member protest is an option. and that is what the poster put it under, member protest doesn't always necessarily result in a ban, but is indeed able to have a ban come of it. and as this is more of a sensitive manner, is more appropriate here.

In the future, refrain from posting meme/joke/unsubstantiated member protests. These are serious, and posting more in a rage without anything will result in punishment.

for an actual explanation of your reason I’m saying no, you’re staff first of all, and should know better than to break rules. Secondly your “meme warnings” we actually went over with you in staff chat and thoroughly explained why they weren’t meme warnings and you refuse to understand that you can’t go around posting the n word just because. I can care less if someone baits you. You’re supposed to be staff. Be better. Third, even after being THOROUGHLY explained about all the times you fucked around and fucked up and got called out for it, you continue doing it all the time, to the point that I’m straight up tired of giving warnings. You clearly don’t listen to them.

Give a little more coherent detail on your personal reason for a +1, not just a quick copy/paste response. Responses like these are why there is a huge misconception (even with staff members!) that any form of application (ban, staff, abuse) is just a popularity/hate bandwagon contest where the most +1 or -1 is the choice decided. All applications are reviewed thoroughly, and legitimate responses are taken into consideration during the decision process among "higher-ups".

CSS got deleted a long time ago. csgo servers dead AF but pop once in a while. feel free to hop in discord, we do populations and 10 mans on occasion as well as just gaming
 
cristo vanished a few years back, he's doing ok. but had a lot of personal life shit go on and just never came back. last i spoke with him was a year ago, but i've met his brother IRL since we live close he said he was doing ok.

Old School Pasta Carbonara
 
 
Boil a handful of pasta
While pasta is cooking, chop up bacon into roughly 1/2 to 1 inch pieces and pan cook on medium high heat. 
After bacon is cooked 85% of the way strain excess grease (leave some for cooking veggies) add mushrooms and whatever other vegetables you want to cook into the pan and cook them out. 
When all veggies and bacon are cooked out remove from heat, add pasta and 3 egg yolks, and 3-5 tablespoons butter and mix to incorporate. 
Add Parmesan cheese, and pepper (taste and check for salt. Bacon should make plenty of salt for it.) mix and eat.
 
makes 2 large portions

I have no personal qualm with soulcircle/ben.
He is active but activity shouldn't be the biggest contributor towards selecting someone for staff.
 
I will say however that he has a tendency to get temperamental rather quickly, and also to talk over others whenever he feels like/his voice is more important. in the case of temperament being brought up to him in casual conversation, while giving a specific example, the response was that he was in a bad place at that time. not that i'm saying he was or wasn't, but that if you know (which at the time you had said you were in a bad place and shouldn't be on) then you need to learn how to take those steps back and cool off. also this "bad place" was a span of more than just 1 example, it was a period of time. as for talking over others it is a constant thing and you need to learn to listen more than just spouting things on your mind
 
As for rules, you have a tendency to spaz out and yell over mic for literally no reason spamming. on top of that you spaz out yelling obscenities and on occassion known to be racial remarks. that's not something I would condone as a discord mod imo. learn to not spaz as much and or keep spaz to a non rule breaking style and you should be fine there.
 
Activity: not actually active in the grand scheme. currently yes active. a few months ago, yes active. the interim, a message or 2 every few days. I would personally rather a consistently active and messaging discord mod than someone who is on for a week then gone for 2 months.
