Besides some trolling (already mentioned by @Duke and partly by @SegFault), he would honestly make a great addition to our staff roster. Even on the few occasions he is toxic he makes it pretty obvious he is joking, and knows when to pump the brakes (especially when told to.)

Work at a boarding facility at an animal hospital. Think doggy/kitty hotel motel. Has eaten up a significant portion of my time lately, and this week being spring break in my area, means we have about 75 dogs. Only three people (total) work in my department. Imagine walking/feeding/watering/cleaning up after 75 dogs. If that is not enough, around christmas/new years we can get into the 90s and have even broken 100 at a couple points. This job has made me hate holidays. Though, the rest of the time it is not all that bad, just sucks never having enough people.

What exactly was this thread meant to accomplish? From what I have seen so far it has just been a bunch of petty back-and-forth 'you're wrong, here's why!' I am all for constructive criticism, but this seems far too public for something of this nature. Before I go any further, I was not there when this happened, I just read through the chat after the fact. (Jesus christ.)

But because I have nothing better to do on a Saturday night, suppose I should just get the highlight reel going.
 
@Rabid respect is a two way street, while staff absolutely have an obligation to at the very least act respectful towards members and players, the same is true for members towards staff. I know that a lot of what people take away as you being 'toxic' is just the way that you naturally type/talk, but even still you can get a little overzealous and this situation is a good example of it.
 
But it was his response that resulted in the mute. The only thing I can agree on was that the mute was a bit impulsive and not evenly distributed given the shitshow that was above it. Nonetheless, it was not really taking the context away, as long as you actually read what was in this entire thread above it.

@Topaz I don't want to argue over semantics, we're each entitled to our own opinions and how we view the situation. Your justifications to what I said won't really change my mind for the most part, although I do agree with most of it.
 
P.S. I never said the mute had unwavering support, 3 people in chat disagreed with the mute and more in VC (hence why I said some people). Stop trying to argue for the sake of arguing (I'm really not interested at all). Regardless, as a staff member yourself you should realize the mute is a bit silly. Ig the additional warnings prior to that kind of justify the mute, but even then no one felt that way after the unmute so whatsup with that?

Since everyone and their mom is talking about it behind peoples backs and or just all over the place anywhere and everywhere, everybody already knows that pear is referencing me in this post/all the individuals he has messaged yesterday before he made this post.
If for some reason you take our back and forth banter/shit talking each other to be anything other than what I just said it was then I apologize for that, and next time all you gotta do is let me know that you're not cool with the way every single one of both our interactions with eachother has been and that will stop. but that goes both ways, I have never once been offended or take any of your "insults" personally but if you are going to take them like that then you also need to realize that I am only dishing back what I consider to be friendly insults back to you because that's how I have been perceiving our internet friendship based solely on our interactions.

I would never tell somebody to kill themselves or tell them they are worthless and nobody cares about them, especially having known numerous individuals in my life that have suffered with depression and thoughts of suicide and like they would never belong or be happy in the world. The extent of the "mean" or "harassing" things I have said to you would be phrases like "you're honestly the worst person rn" when talking about being in discord and using voice activity when we were chilling in a channel and you had come in or "you're a fucking monster who uses some non push to talk shit" of which I don't understand how you would construe it as me telling you that you're a waste of space and should kill yourself and it honestly has me baffled.

That being said though the internet is not the place for you to vent your depression and potentially suicidal thoughts, xG has always encouraged those feeling like that to seek help and we have always taken a stance that after encouraging you to seek help about it to permanently ban because of liability and that it's not something that should be put on our servers/forums.
 
Lastly since certain individuals feel like they need to take what pear messages them and try to "call me out" that I'm harassing him or that I have a "history of being toxic and making people feel like shit" when they themselves are what they are describing rather than me. other than the typical trash talking and raging (which I don't normally do, 10manners and most other staff can attest to that) while in game, the extent of my interaction with pear can be found here because I don't typically talk to people in discord save for a select few that I'm not actually playing a game with:
