Just had to reinstall steam which deleted my files, so in about 8 years when I finish redownloading all the server files again I'm in.

For something like this, stretches would probably be what you need. I am no doctor, but I know that stretching can help with stuff like this. Just google stretching techniques that work on lower abdomen/core. 

As far whole body workouts, I personally highly recommend swimming. It works out pretty much your entire body at the same time, is great exercise, and if you don't like sweating (like me) you are in a pool so it does not matter. I am aware it is starting to get colder out, so I suggest finding an aquatic center/indoor pool that you can swim laps in. You have no idea how many calories you burn swimming laps, and you really do feel healthy after every workout.

As an oldfag of xG, I can tell you that things right now are pretty solid community-wise. Our staff roster is full of mostly competent people, and besides a few exceptions most of our members are pretty cool and at least try to be friendly. I can't speak for any randos you encounter on the servers, but then again you did not really give us much to work with. Judging from your post history, you have a tendency to post non-substantive or controversial stuff. So maybe this is just a troll thread, or at the very least, you did not really think before you posted.
 
As a side note, I think there might actually be less drama than there was back in 2011/2012.

I think it`s only fair to show everybody what's left to do to make the server official:
Create an actual spawn (i suck at being creative ) Adding creative Adding Skyblock Finish permissions (almost done) Add a currency mod that would work with towny Add a shop Donator shop Chat formatting (for ranks and whatnot) Getting a team set up (mods/admin) Setting up server rules (Yeah I'll scrap the old rules as I see fit to make room for more updated rules) I will be adding more things to this list as needed, aswell as strike stuff that i've done.
IMPORTANT: Everybody's inventory will be wiped clean once we actually go live for real. The maps will be deleted. The current state of the server is more of a test realm than anything else. I apologise for the inconveniences this will cause, but it has to be done. I've seen plenty of people running around with tons of diamonds.
@Aegean feel free to add stuff to the list accordingly.

We had an unofficial 1v1 tournament a little bit earlier, with yours truly keeping track. If people are up for it, we could definitely organize a full on tournament with prizes and a more readable and understandable match flow. I believe there is even a topic in the csgo discussions about it, but I am not sure if that is still planned to happen. 

Oh, and congratz @CJCasper for the win, and shame on @Genocide for throwing.

Anyway, if anyone wants this to happen, vote yes so we can gauge interest, and post if you want to participate.

It's not an unnecessary measure. It's a teaching measure. Take the situation you are in and apply it to other things, your schooling for example since you are still in primary (k-12) school. you listen to music in class when it is against rules, you get scolded, perhaps sent outside for 15 minutes. you come back and argue about it with your teacher even though you broke the rules, you get detention. think of mute/kick being scolded and sent outside. and your ban as detention. bonk did nothing wrong in this case and followed the correct written "protocol" you know you were wrong, you know arguing with staff is wrong, yet you continually do it. you think you're funny when you do it but you aren't, it's just annoying. When you sit out for the next day, reflect on just why other members in the community verbally say that they don't like you or why staff frequently ignore you or tell you to shut up (especially in 10 mans when you're being rather obnoxious to your own team) and instead grow up/out of it instead of trying to argue more over something you know is wrong. also @Queelsh the day ban is actually proper in that case and in the case of goldfish who is known to constantly argue with staff is rather lenient as he has actually been able to avoid punishment for a few things.

You know you just described loop-holing right? You know that is what that is called right? When someone calls some a 'tigger', them saying that they used a t instead of an n is not a valid defense. Especially if the context shows that it was meant to be loop-holing. Also, if a staff member (really anyone) tells you they do not want to be called something they find offensive, it is generally in your best interest to stop. 

At any rate, while I do trust Seg's opinion, I have not played with you at all so I will remain neutral. I do suggest however, that you seek to improve how others see you. Just try to be more respectful and don't antagonize others in the servers.
