What had happened is Silence had the server up and running, but it was not recognizing the map and game mode. We paid for it and it didnt work, I think because of it being a VPS, but silence says otherwise. Now were just going to wait for the DayZ standalone or WarZ.

Awhile back all the mods and admins got into a room in TS3 and discussed some rules. This was one of them. Basically, from what I understood, any racist term, no matter the letter change, its technically against the rules. Now, words like nigga mods and admins dont give a shit about, because in the end its up to their discretion if its being used negatively to pick on other players. But if they use the word nigga and then punish another player for using it, then its technically abuse. As they are being hypocritical. If they consider it to be bad, then they have to punish everyone for saying it, if they do. Summary: So really nigga is fine because no one gives a shit about it, but really any other racist term is different depending on the mod or admin, as well as if they are using it offensively

I know im going to get yelled at for taking this serious but, "snitching" is not the problem in xG. We have whiny members who do that for us which brings in a constant flow of "snitches" for us to look over. Most of the time it ends up being false and someone just raging and being butt hurt. This keeps Mods and Admins on their toes, even when reports on them are false, people are going to be looking at them more. And in some cases, a report is true, and the Mod or Admin gets punished. The problem xG has is like Highhthere said, Mods and Admins get into groups and just back each other up all the time, even if they know they saw them do something wrong. Its obvious whos in whos group. All it takes is a week playing on JB or simply looking in TS3 to see whos in whos channel. I know in some cases people are just friends and are hanging out in TS3, and honestly, TS3 really has no rules, except no mic spamming. People gossip and spread rumors all the time, more so in TS3 than anything else. And the problem is people then believe it because its their friends, and people they are in a group with, and then they are friends with others, and then in groups with other people, and it just keeps spreading and spreading. And its TS3, so who gives a fuck right? But mods and admins need to learn whats gossip and whats not. Because in the end, its not true until they are proven guilty for it. But anyways, sorry for going off on a long ass tangent. I do agree with Smoker that "snitches" can be annoying. Especially ones that have no proof and just end up starting something out of nothing that turns into a huge thing. TL;DR Non-members and members snitch enough for the entire clan. Moderators and Admins should not being withholding information on people they like and then punishing others who do the same thing. And especially shouldnt be accepting rumors about people they dont like without any evidence to back it up.

In my opinion this wasnt a unfair advantage. Its just a giant dick move on his part. Though depending on how long it took him to complete climb before starting the lr, could be considered delaying. I think of delaying as anywhere between 30 seconds to a minute as delaying. In which case I would slay. 30 seconds being that they are intentionally doing so. Now if this was a slay on delaying, which from what I understand it wasnt, then it wouldnt be a free slay. But instead, it was a slay on account of Ganja thinking it was a unfair advantage. So technically it wasnt a freeslay. You deserved to be slayed for delay, and though you were slayed for another false reason, you still got the correct punishment. Now as for you loller, why cant you just do LR the shorter, faster way. People want to get back in game and play, and purposefully making them have to wait longer makes them not like you. Now I can understand your frustration. In your opinion they were free slays, along with the fact that you go freekilled. Though acting like a dick about it just makes people dislike you even more. Even your thread title is intentionally annoying. People would have taken this more seriously if you had in the first place. This is just advice from a pro dick. Take the advice or dont its up to you. Now that my little rant is over, this gave me an idea. If @@Starbuck isnt too busy. We could see if he could just make it so when you start a gun toss with someone that it teleports them to you. Not just for things like loller did, but on maps like Avalanche, Cts can be all the way on the other side of the map when you gun toss them, and it just makes the game take longer because they have to run all the way back to where the LR would be. Just a little off topic idea. TL;DR Loller stop being a dick, not a freeslay, slayed for wrong reason, but still deserved, and maybe new plug-in.

I really dont see how he would have known how to join CT if it was his first time playing Jail Break ever. Rules are Rules and he broke them. The motd is broken for when you first join, but you knew how to join CT and you had rounds before you joined CT to figure out what the rules were for them. I think you shouldnt be unbanned. But if he were to play on the server and prove that he should be unpermed, maybe then. But until then, im still at a -1. Your story is just too fishy.

The motd comes up automatically, but doesn't work. That much he is right about. The only way to bring up to mitd now is to ho onto hub and select it.frlm the list. This is still no excusr for the mass freekil The server is jail break, how could u think thst this was deathmatch. Even tk join ct you need to type in gaurd. You can't blame it on being new to the server. Its common sence that its jail break and not deathmatch. Its obvious that you are lieing too. -1 on unban

Ok guys. So it seems that the Fat Kid game mode is going through. Starbuck will be making the game mode itself, but we still need a starter map to see how popular the game mode will be and some models for the fat and skinny kids. So the reason for this thread being made is so that we can get some people in the community to make us some models and maps. We really only need 1 map to start, and 2 models (one for fat and one for skinny). But if we can get more than that more people will play. So for now this is only volunteer work, but later down the line I may provide some sort of prize if in the end this succeeds. If you are making any character models it is completely up to you how to make them. I dont care how they look like as long as they arnt offensive. And they need to be fat or skinny, so make sure that they dont look too big or too skinny because they still need to look like they would have the same hit boxes.

For the map, it would be pretty simple to make. I myself have never used the map creator before but because this is such a linear map I think I can make it. Its probably best that way because I need to make sure the map doesn't have any ledges that skinny kids could jump on to get out of the map. That was a huge problem with the halo version. Gun placement is key on this map. There's needs to be a certain ratio or else it will be too easy or too hard for each side. Though I will need help with adding our logo to the map. And giving credit on it to those who hel As far as models go. We need someone on that. I don't know anything about model making so we will have to let the xg community do it. We could possibly have a contest for the best 3 fat and skinny kid models so that people could maybe donate to have a different skin like on jb. But if @@Starbuck can put the time into making the whole thing run. I think we get this thing to work :)
