Was thinking about rules that aren't in the MOTD but I've heard multiple mods say. Please correct me if I'm wrong and add if needed. This is non-official: 1) CT's must be out of armory by 7:45 2) Crouchwalking is an invalid order on the server (say crouching instead). 3) No gun spamming (This includes spamming g continuously as a CT in armory). 4) During last CT, if T's are physically isolated from CT and unable to reach last CT themselves, CT must remove the form of isolation separating themselves and T's (For example, T's are stuck in isolation, behind a glass partition, in cells.) If CT does not, he will be slain. (As I've heard from one mod, this does not require CT to give T's a headstart at all. Technically, CT could open a paritition and just start firing right away). 5) If a T will inevitably die from a game on a map, killing them as a CT is still a freekill (for example, killing a T while he is falling off of climb on canyondam or killing a T while he drowns in the fish game).

"Grenade" is only mentioned twice in the MOTD, and under zombie freeday and panda freeday. During a regular day with orders, when does a T with a grenade become a rebel who can be killed on sight? I've heard a) When he throws it and it does damage b) When he throws it at a CT Also, if it a T has a grenade out, is it the same as having a primary out for more than 2 seconds? Need some clarification.

I'd like to see things that haven't been done with other maps. Stuff like race, climb, and surf, is fine, but there are plenty of other maps that do that. The Source physics engine is great, and if you could think of other games that haven't been done before, I think that would really set it apart.

Here's a post I had on another thread. Some people also rang in with opinions: Feature Request.: auto warden calling "The other major jailbreak server does it so where if you type in a command, it makes you the warden based upon how fast you type it in. I think this would be a great feature because not only would it definitively settle who is warden, but it would cut down a ton on the micspam at the beginning of the round from the CT's. This micspam is not only annoying at the beginning, it can throw off entire rounds because people still quibble minutes later about 1) who was first 2) whether they formally "called it" and 3) whether there was a huge string of tarps because the correct warden was not the one who gave orders. There's also a feature on the other jailbreak server for t's to fire the warden if the warden is not doing well or is unclear with orders. I'm sure there are multiple ways to curb abuse, but I think the first step is to automate this process because the lack of it really can destroy entire games (especially when the server is busy and everyone is talking over each other)."

xg is the best server, but i do like a few things about other servers: 1) auto warden calling, with option for t's to fire warden with enough votes 2) only one uniform for t's. Unfortunately, the other major server that does this makes a t turn red if they hit a guard. If they're red, they're auto-kill rebels. I like the idea of 1 uniform because it makes it more friendly for t's to rebel. Would probably contribute more to freekilling though 3) enforced t to ct ratio, or ratio freeday if no auto-balance What I really don't like about other servers 1) Purchased admin and/or admins are lax about freekilling 2) Freeze is always afk freeze at all times

Sorry to make a new thread, but just wanted to give notice

The other major jailbreak server does it so where if you type in a command, it makes you the warden based upon how fast you type it in. I think this would be a great feature because not only would it definitively settle who is warden, but it would cut down a ton on the micspam at the beginning of the round from the CT's. I've heard these asked several times by different people and I'm not sure the answer. The MOTD is silent on this issue of whether it contitutes rebelling. 1. Assume it's a regular freeday (no panda, ninja panday, etc). If a T knifes you but misses, is he considered a rebel who can be killed on sight? My first instinct is not to taze or kill until he actually does damage with the knife, but can the T rush you and miss without being considered a rebel? It seems strange to say that a T could continually rush and miss you and not be considered a rebel until he actually does damage. On a normal day with orders, if the t's are headed to a destination and the t's rush and try to knife, that would certainly be considered delaying and detouring assuming there's no baiting by the CT. So is the difference between the two scenarios that there's no delaying and detouring implied in a freeday since there are no orders anyway?

I have no problems with these rules
