if warden says get in race then first to finish wins but doesnt say you have to actually do race? Ex. can you get out run around and say you won first? I mean if the answers yes, then warden has to say EXACT things for every order or people will buttfuck his mind. IF you say yno, then you'll call it common sense which alot of people don't have. Im new to admin. It's hard to admin 30 peeps by myself jus sayin. I've got alot of good feedback from the people that play in there regularly but I guess there's some stuff im doing wrong. Any suggestions so I can be a better admin?

I do have a few people added on steam that come in every once in awhile but it's not jus that. It's those times I can't sleep and its like 5 in the morning and there's that 1 CT that jus freekills the entire group. I'd like to be the one that kicks him or maybe even bans him. That's half the reason I joined xG, so I could help the servers I love.

Where do I pay for admin? What do I need to do? I'm constantly on and nobody else is and getting freekilled and other people freekilling and people asking AgH can you do something? It gets reallllllllly old saying no.
