No it's not lol; the damage values are completely different. Although smurf is wrong, they have buffed up the ump lately so its quite effective. They've decreased the cost, and slightly increased the damage dealt.

If you need a map for jailbreak or gungame, I can make anything; I already have an idea created prior to toob's map which I'll begin work on in the summer. I have 2 unfinished projects, that were great ideas. I gave up on them due to my own self confidence in that I disliked my maps upon looking at them, even though you all disagree.
