The only reasonable thing I can think of is exactly what Haxx said. Someone was chosen to pick the mini-game, slain himself, and made them do it. The only witness we have from the screenshot is @bonk2

I'm honestly surprised some people could have been unbanned three times when they've intentionally massed. I'd describe myself as lineant if I unban someone who was either new/or is new to the servers and messed up once. But this many times... -1 My opinion on him isn't negative as I haven't spoken much, but just his history.

There is literally no reason for another admin to use !showmotd to another admin. Understandably once can be jokingly, but if you're stopping him from rebelling, wardening, or just being obnoxious about it - You'll be banned. Bans can vary between five minutes, an hour, and even to a day depending how much said mod/admin has been spamming it.
