This isn't the place for that. If you believe he should be re-banned (For an actual reason), post a ban request with some evidence. Anyways, he's been unbanned by Nom himself.

From the screenshots, The_end only linked a photo of whom I'm assuming is Tripal and said his first/last name. Unlike giving out the address and phone numbers, I'll give this one more of a reconsideration than that. Though I'd still like to hear @Hidingmaster's opinion on it. I'd be for shortening the ban to a month or so.

- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - When they cry: This anime appears to be a slice of life with semi-awkward animation. But if you watch more than two episodes of this anime, you realize it's anything but that. If you want a better description, just check Narikami's anime list where I wrote about it. - Ergo Proxy: Olawdy this anime. There's anime which becomes a franchise and there's anime which becomes art. Where character interaction, setting, and drama can come together all as one. I can not do this show justice with words. Here: Ergo Proxy | Anime-Planet - Hyou-Ka: This is more of a mystery/character interaction kind of show. I can't say much more than that, but I feel like this is your kind of anime...Though I'd recommend the other two first.

Alright, I do disagree with Saturday five minute ban. I would have preferred if you just have kicked him, and if he continued, then the five minute ban. But, that's up to the admin at hand. I'm unaware if you kicked ForestFire first then banned him. I'd like to know that first of all. But, even if he did not. There's no room for a demotion here, just getting Ganja to change his method of admining and adding a kick in there instead of a ban. ;) We're pretty much in agreement - Hiding and I - but I'll leave this thread open for a bit longer. If they have any more substantial evidence, then that'd be great. If not, I'll close this early tomorrow.

-1. He's a decent guy, but despite that, he constantly trolls and tests the admins to see if they'll slay him. IE: Shooting vents, baiting... A clear -1 from me.
