Helicopter on this map was once restricted on this map. The heli on v.2 no longer causes lag - as far as I can tell - and I'm just going to ask @Tsuchikure if Heli is no longer restricted. Whenever I'm asked, I just respond with "As long it's not last CT nor are they camping it (as a CT), it's fine." Once it's answered, I'll be tagging all current staff members once it's clarified. I'm posting this because I've heard mods ask it and I don't feel like it biting in the back if I'm incorrect. @Hidingmaster
