So, I've decided to make a ban request on Asock (as if that isn't obvious already). Why? Because ever since I joined this clan, he just lurked the forums and trolled. This resulted in: Shitstorms, harrassment and just plain trolling. This would be a great clan without him, in my opinion. Many would agree.
Recently, in the Criticism Thread, Asock verbally assaulted me and @Kypari. Telling us to kill ourselves, picking out small mistakes and using it against us, insulting us and more. He has been in trouble several times before. What would happen if he were banned? xG would be a perfect community with happier people.





 
I personally believe that this is unacceptable and behaviour like this has been coming from him for too long. There has been many shitstorms or events where similar actions have occurred from him.
 
And before you say something like: "The Criticism Thread was made so everyone could insult each other, grow the fuck up", remember a key quote that @Forest said:

Going to have to -1 this. I took a look at your chat history and even just a few weeks ago some of the things you've said are not things I think a mod should be saying. I'd like to see an improvement first before I can recommend.

+1 for mod/admin, could easily get DM from there (straight to DL is a bit much for any division that isnt gmod or minecraft, esp due to other similar apps being up rn). Has proven to be a reliable staff member with a good knowledge of the rules, non-sobriety excluded, and as for the aforementioned “broken” state of the staffing system, don’t let select instances ruin the entirety of staff for you; more will be done to correct staff behavior. The excellent efforts of @DiaperHyperWolf in populating should also be mentioned, as well.

As you may be aware, there is a plague in Team Fortress 2 xG. Staff are scared to take action, there is confusion as to where the game is going and as it stands, the TF2 Division (until recent attempts including @BonfireCentipede and I to repopulate) is staggering; struggling to stay afloat.   The system is broken. Staff are confused and little is being done to help keep TF2 alive. We are going to be in a continuous cycle of no updates, provocation and the division will slowly die.   We cannot allow this to continue. We need an uprising and to bring back the TF2 that we loved. Therefore, here, I'm going to reapply for my position of Division Leader for TF2. Together, we can restore our love for TF2; we can keep the game fresh and we can begin a new era of xG. The Grand Turnabout.   @Tatost told me to compose a triumphant theme song, so instead, I wrote a little orchestral TF2/CSGO medley. Hope you enjoy 🙂

Most of what I've seen and heard of you is that you're a dick. You aren't the worst, and I've seen a few good points, but I don't think you'd be a very good staff member. But hey I don't know you very well so I might be wrong about that.

Hello everyone, long time no see.
 
It has come to attention that the TF2 Division Leader, BlueSkittle, is a pathological liar who has manipulated their way to the high ranks and lied about their life. They have told lies that have affected myself, my family and friends and ultimately the entirety of xG.
Skittle has lied about his own personal life to the effect of other members of xG including controversial topics such as suicide, life changing injuries and his ability to function as DL.
For one, Skittle told everyone that he was in a cycling incident in which he was struck by a car in a drink driving accident, resulting in life changing injuries such as brain damage that affected his memory. He told all of his friends this, including his girlfriend, which turned to be a complete exaggeration as to what really occurred. See, Skittle was struck by a car but only suffered minor injuries such as cuts and bruises after he “got mostly out of the way” and fell onto a patch of grass. However, he proceeded to lie to everyone and convinced us that he had brain damage, occasionally acting upon and asking us to tell him who we are.
 
Secondly, Skittle lied to all of us and his friends that he attempted suicide by climbing up onto a roof and jumping off. However, he now claims in private message that this untrue and that he did actually go onto his roof, but he did not jump off. He originally claimed that he did jump off and injured his back massively and ended up in hospital. This was as a result of an argument that occurred in a private discord with members from xG. He proceeded to message @Kypari leading up to this “suicide attempt”, explaining why he’s not meant to be here and implying that he was going to kill himself. As stated previously, this was a lie. He convinced everyone for months, lead some members into a deep depression and panic over it and caused a string of anxiety following this lie. For what? His own personal façade.
 
Thirdly, Skittle has numerously lied about his accomplishments. He claimed to have written an aimbot plugin, which was fully functional. However, in private message AFTER I promoted him under the impression he was capable, he stated this was untrue and scrapped the project due to his inability to create the plugin. Furthermore, he claims other people’s work as his own as he posted a photo in a private discord of his version of Bob Ross’ painting “On A Clear Day”. He claimed it as his own work, but in actuality, had used an online pixel converter (that takes 2 clicks of a button) to create this “painting” that he had made. Once again, all lies.
 
We confronted him and @virr about this, but Virr assured me that Skittle was stepping down because of it and that was the end. We were content with this solution, however, once again, Skittle has failed to realise that his actions have consequences and refuses to recognise his responsibility as a Division Leader and overall, as a member of xG.
 
In conclusion, Skittle has manipulated us all, lied to us and proceeds to continue this false identity hoping with no backlashes or consequences. However, it is our opinion that Skittle is an unfit member for our community and we request that his powers and membership be ultimately removed.

I find that Septik has an extremely short fuse and I would be concerned as to whether this would affect his ability to act in a justified manner. There are times where someone will say something that he disagrees with and he often becomes hostile about it, which in my opinion, shows lack of ability to moderate a group.

Not sure if there's anything more to add than has already been said. My overall thoughts are something similar to what @Egossi, and the issue could've just been dealt with in private. Skittle has left the community willingly already, so i don't think any more action is needed as of now.

He literally lied about attempting suicide and convinced his friends that he tried it, causing some people to feel responsible for a friend's ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. Then he proceeded to also claim to his friends that he had brain damage from a car accident and pretended to forget his girlfriend and who we are, for the sake of attention. If that's not "outrageously wrong or fucked up", I don't know what is.
 
Also, I did bring it up to Virr, it's in the screenshots. He told me that Skittle was stepping down, which we were content with. Virr knew what had happened. But nothing was done, so here we are.

But honestly I think it's a bit harsh making this a public post and shaming him in front of everyone here for lying about a whole bunch of dumb shit, the kid probably is a bit miserable if he constantly lies about all that stuff anyway, and it's not like he's done anything outrageously wrong or fucked up, hence you listed all the things hes done wrong which only collectively make him look bad. What's FUCKING good boys
In case you're (somehow) not aware, I've stepped down. This is as a result of many things, none of which are excuses.
For one, I've been extremely busy with life. I now work, go to university, have a social life and Rosa. We've recently made a massive discovery and found out exactly what is wrong with Rosa. As a result of simply a random nurse saying "You have similar symptoms to ____", we've discovered that Rosa was infact MISDIAGNOSED with M.E has chronic lymes disease (long lasting untreated lyme's disease, Lyme's Disease symptoms are similar to M.E) and has done since she was 11-12. It's rendered her immune system completely faulty and that common cold is still having a party in her body. Lots of these have progressed into something more serious, such as diseases that can often make her go paralysed in some limbs.
However, the fantastic news is that this is treatable and curable, with an up to 80% recovery possible.
It's been very difficult helping her prepare for the treatment but we're hoping for her to be possibly walking properly in 2 years time. It's going to be a very long journey, which is why I must accept that I can't remain as DL and leave the boys hanging. My passion and time to play TF2 has ran quite slim, due to multiple reasons (tf2 dead lol) and with all of this stuff going on around me, I didn't really have the time to play even if I wanted to. Timezones are also a bitch. I haven't touched the game in months and I realised after being messaged by @hongkongatron that I was holding onto something that I wasn't doing anymore, kinda like a gym membership, but it was making things worse for the people I would consider friends. So here we are.
 
I would like to say one thing though.
Community Managers, Community Leaders, whoever,
If someone doesn't touch the game they're supposed to be the leader of. Or even worse, not even touch the discord in a few months,
Please demote them. It only holds everyone else back.
 
I should've stepped down earlier and I apologize for that, no excuses.
