@Rhododendron get rid of haxx's DL and diabeetus and penguins CL powers. Penguin should be DM but still has CL. Also, channel admins cant kick from server anymore so he is using his CL powers.

Great start will edit later for an official +/- 1 Edit: -1, troll and have had numerous complaints on you. Whyte did the right thing to give you a week ban. You would break a rule aka spam and harass then leave before you got your punishment.
