It is one thing to state your opinion, it is another thing for you to verbally(type) assault someones life choice. She did not say, what are your opinions on this? She simply just came out and said that she is transgender. No need to comment. You attacking a decision that she made for her personal life is not ok.

I think maybe a 50/50 raffle might work, people donate (money) maybe 5 dollars to enter the raffle, how ever much, the clan gets half as donation and the winner gets either the money or game of choice with that money. If not then a normal raffle or mind game would work. Just thought of something that would be a win win for the clan and winner. Obviously problem is who will donate 5 dollars that is not in keys.

Lrs are different in tf2 then cs. You pick what you want for the next round. Like I want to do dodge ball next round and the warden makes reds do dodge ball and maybe another game. If red hits anyone when he has lr he is denied it. It worked in there because it was never an option and people asked for it so it became a choice. Admins have the right to deny such lrs and custom ones though.

The problem is staff don't know where to end, I myself when I got the opportunity for the first couple times kept spamming nukes. But really it needs to be denied as an lr more often and maybe have it once every like 30 or so rounds. Also staff sometimes goes far (me included) maybe there should be restrictions or like a time where it has to stop like 1 minute left in the round you have to stop.

I looked all the way till about 19 pages down on mobile. no one complained and all I saw were jailbreak is better in css, jailbreak is a bad gamemode, and my favorite one, they did it just for you.

16 years old is already a requirement to get staff, 14 is just to be a guy who wears the xG tag and post on forums to represent us. We still have people who are adults legally who act like 12 year olds. Because of them we make a requirement to restrict people younger then them from getting in? The rule is hurting and it does not work. The thing is people get in because of the vouches getting them in. We will always get immature people in if we keep this anyways. The staff age limit should stay at 16 but for member 14 is a lot better since 90% of our server population are between 14-17 and most actually act mature. Like the saying goes, it takes 1 bad apple to ruin the barrel. And that 1 immature person ruined a bunch of really good potential members.

Every hour is good as well but it is broken and earrapes seems every 5 minutes for me. Middle of Saxton hale I was good then next thing you know call of duty expansion ad comes on, gets me killed, rapes my ear, then like 10 minutes later it does it again. It does that on all servers. I don't mind them but they are too damn loud and frequent.

If by fun stuff you mean servers then go ahead, anyone can make suggestions by going to the tf2 discussion/map request/ trade section. You can use any section of the forums you want. Since you are tf2 and want to suggest tf2 server stuff make a thread in the discussion.

Can't be staff unless you get member status. I recommend reporting rule breakers directly to staff or via ban request here. The higherups would get back with you once you do that.

I knew it was grave dig but it is a problem being ignored. I made a thread in the admin discussion and only silence, hiding, scoot, and I think diabeetus responded and no clear conversation was being made. Also why make another thread when we are now actively discussing here

But for the most part the age restriction at 16 has not helped. The forums are just as toxic, people are not interested forums so don't vouch much (proven when only 10 people have been accepted since it's start and 2 got in because they were former staff), immaturity is not decreasing, and people are becoming less interested in us and go to other clans and donate. The restriction at 16 is a good idea but is hurting us. How many of us joined when we were 14? Probably a lot of us. We need to kick out toxic people in order to become more mature and not restrict people from joining. It should be back to 14 years of age to join xG dye to these reasons and stay 16 to become staff. There are much more immature 16+ people then immature regulars on our servers. I made a thread in the admin discussion not long ago but not many people responded. We gave it 4 months and it has proven that it does not work. Tl; Dr the rule is good on paper but sucks and does not work. Change it back before it hurts us more.

Does no one advertise the xG-rep thing? That should be mandatory to say if someone applies but is too young. Just like "Sorry, you don't meet the age requirement, but feel free to wear xG-rep if you would like." Not just "Too young"
