I'm sorry that I'm not contributing anything in this reply, but I feel as if it's not needed. I will say that you're stupid as hell for thinking the term "nigga" is not a slur or slang. Use your damn head before you make threads like this. Plus it doesn't matter if someone uses it as a "term for endearment"; It's still a slur/slang in the long run. You have no idea what "Free Speech" actually is. Just stop. This is because you act as if this a joke. If staff can see that it's fine, then they won't do anything. Plus this is completely different than using a slur. Stereotyping someone won't really get you in trouble unless it's going too far or the person doesn't like how they're being treated because of it. Because no matter what, the word will have power. You can't just take that away from literally everyone who comes across the servers. Go use the word in a public setting. See how many people look at you like you're out of your mind. The word may be banned here in xG, but in society it's almost just as banned. It's very frowned upon. So please, use your head and think a lot more. They say there is no such thing as stupid questions, but this thread proves that wrong.

Why? Being high is different for each person. When I get high, I mellow out. I don't lose the ability to moderate properly or act upon things. You need to stop being ignorant about this stuff. Medicine that makes you drowsy could affect how you moderate in-game. You want to sit out for a day and not play games? While weed itself is "controversial" to many, it's not like he is doing harder drugs. Chill, Supreme. Other than that, I know there has been issues in the past about Logic. I haven't really seen him on the servers, so I can't really say much. When I do play, I'll catch you on and maybe make a vouch from there. Good luck on the application. -

Even if you say: "He was obviously hacking.", you still should provide a demo for the hacking accusation. It's good practice; along with Shining's ban protest, having one ready is common sense. Chrono is right on the dot. Warn him for the spray, if he sprays again, ban him for a day (Note: This is disregarding the whole hacking accusation). Also, I feel as if it's a bit wrong to ban him for being a "lolicon". While I don't agree with it myself, if that person isn't putting out illegal content on our servers; then what harm is he doing? It's not like the whole Xerxes situation where he actually put illegal images in the TeamSpeak. Cartoon drawings is an extreme grey area on the internet. I could bring up another situation, but most of xG's TF2 population would get beyond triggered. This.

Going by the screenshots, you can't really tell much. For future bans like this, Spoopy, you need to record a demo. You'll just get situations like this if you don't. Anywho, I'm just going to throw a shot in the dark and give this a +1 for an unban. If you look at the second screenshot, Spoopy provided, you can see the barrel of the sniper rifle. Giving Shining the benefit of the doubt that he indeed has a good perception in-game. And let's be honest. How many times do people go to a "sniping" spot, die, and go right back to the spot? Whenever I'm on the servers, that literally is the case. It could easily be that Cappy got predicted multiple times. And lets say the guy actually was hacking. If he is unbanned, comes back, and is dumb enough to actually hack again after a "get out of jail free card"; staff should record the hacking and follow up with a ban.

+1 for unban. Perm was too much, should have been a lower timed ban. Mistakes happen, man. The guy can't watch his account 24/7. Especially if he is trying to set-up going into college.

I don't think we really need to have a vote for this? It's already pretty immoral and viewed poorly upon by a majority of people. Higher ups should be the ones to decide honestly.

Just ignore those who keep bringing it up. I still get people who bring up old, stupid, and unneeded events that happened when I was staff. It's not funny and it's worse that people still are butt hurt about stuff that happened so long ago. Leave them to stew in their own shit. The community can be toxic, and I'm sure everyone is aware. Just play the game with the people that you enjoy playing the game with. As Shwoosh and Septik (Frick you still for taking Dirt Rally, Septik!! :rage: ) said, just gather evidence and report the dipshits that harass you. We're here to help. Not to put you down. -

If you really wanted to sell some shirts. Do a limited supply sale. Meaning that you make like fifty shirts, and once they're sold out. They're sold out. That way you're not investing into shirts when people just feel like ordering them. The bracelet idea isn't bad. Could also do stickers. That's fairly cheap and inexpensive.

This is beyond dumb. That's like making a manager apply for a basic minimum wage job and climb back up to manager position. This is just common sense. Egossi isn't a special case. He has experience in staff, hence why he is applying for admin. Anyone else who was a good admin+ should be able to apply for said I'm sorry, my friend, but Egossi's application shouldn't affect other mods trying to get admin or higher. If everyone just started applying for admin, then I could see where this statement is coming from. Egossi is fit for the position as admin. He's been staff plenty of times. I think it's obvious that he's capable. +1 To those saying it's not fair, it is actually fair; he has the experience that will give him the edge.
