I think you sound like you sincerely are aware of your actions now and you're acting a lot more mature than your first post here. That's a good start. Additionally, you also seem pretty serious about the Reddit thing, so let's drop that and simply state this protest is more over your behavior as a whole aside from that post, as it's hard to even really conclude atm who posted it.
So, here's what I think should happen. You should definitely have your membership removed as an overdue smack on the wrist. After some time, you can reapply for membership given you change your behavior and apologize. I think you're an asshole because you act like an asshole, because you decided to do that. You can restrain yourself from acting like an asshole but you either haven't cared to yet or don't know how not to. Don't think I'm saying you can't poke fun with your pals. You are welcomed to poke fun and fuck around so long as they take it as a joke and not a threat or insult. If you do those jokes, try to do it in the voice chat as if it's in a general chat, it's more likely to offend others. What I am saying is don't go out of your way to insult people for the sake of doing so, or as you call it 'trolling'. If they talk shit, then leave it to staff to deal with them. Do not let them enable you to break the rules. Do not also turn conversations political if you can, we have many views in this server but we're not the Presidential Debate of 2020, we don't need to discuss those views. Don't call people ableist, sexist, or racist slurs. If you can do that, you'll be good going on. Though your last ban that I can see was 2019, between then and now you had several formal warnings and many, many informal warnings on your behavior. This is a better alternative to the permanent ban proposal as it at least gives you the chance to change your behavior rather than outright banning you for good, as let's be honest here, nobody wants to outright permanently ban a regular member who, as you stated, spent many years here.
That being said, what I am suggesting is probably your last warning. If you do this type of shit again, expect a harsh punishment, most likely permanent ban, although that'll be up to the staff down the line, if we have to go down that route at all.

This right here is some shit. I agree I have very controversial views to many people. But your views could be very controversial to me as well. Simply because I have different views than many of you should not mean I deserve to be banned... You guys share views and get nothing said because the server admins also share these liberal view sets so I am the one who gets under fire. I'm not trying to play a victim here and Im also not saying I am perfect in the slightest bit. I have been a part of this community for a long mf time and I never remember it being a safe space that we silence anyone who offends anyone. Most of these people who +1 have never spoke to me. This is like seeing someones twitter and making a full judge of character off of 3 year old tweets. I did my time for the kike/dike comments. And we had a whole thing for a while on if the word faggot should be banned and if I remember correctly we decided that xG was never intended to be a safe space. Now look. I know that I am a bit toxic and if someone gets mad or offended by what I say I play into it because usually they are easy to trigger. I troll ok. There are no context messages here either I don't remember the context of most of those. (p.s. dont even have a reddit account)

I was auth banned from the rust server for racism, I am fully aware that it is wrong but and racism I displayed was in a team or private chat and 1. there is no rules displayed anywhere in game. 2. There is a rule about racism on the discord server but, it says nothing about any racism, sexism or bigotry statements in a team or private chat.

no longer wish to be a member, i might come around once or twice to say hi but, again, to keep it blunt, servers are very slow and usually have like 6-7 people whenever a tag goes out. that and from what i've noticed from joining servers with the [xG] tag, you don't really get the most welcome reception.

While I understand your cynicism about being denied again, rest assured, it's unfounded. Looking at your recent history, as well as your more-than-adequate activity, I think it's pretty safe to say that you've definitely changed your attitude since your last application, and we'd be happy to have you on the staff team. (aka a +1 from both me and hyper). I apologize if we've (or I've) done or said anything to make it seem as though you're unwelcome or inadequate in any way to be staff-- I was only a dickhead (we call that "strict" in the business) because I saw that you could have been a great staff member, and wanted you to improve to experience that for yourself. Now we're here, and I think you definitely have improved, and you should take pride in that.

We've known you for years, Crow. Your behavior has been consistently shitty since 2016/2017 when I first met you. That aside, it is evident that your accounts are often misleading recognizing the overwhelming number of hack accusations you have made just in the last year. Our lack of enthusiasm when it comes to addressing your concerns for the community are well-founded. As Thorax said, you should take some of your advice and take responsibility for your actions instead of dismissing it by simply stating "you guys don't know me!" It's a bad look. You're older than I am, yet you have the maturity and mental capacity of a fourteen-year-old, not unlike Box, who is fourteen.
That aside, member protests are not to be taken lightly and we will not go off of hearsay especially when the accusing party is known to be rather pugnacious. If you want to provide evidence (properly recorded, capturing your input as well as others), then we have something. Regardless, I highly doubt that it will be substantial enough to warrant a loss of membership.
Side note: Stop complaining that people are killing you as a result of your laughable behavior. This is the internet, and when you do stupid shit people are going to make it painfully obvious. Your incessant whining and vulgar behavior currently have you sitting on thin ice with our staff. We have been relatively patient when it comes to you, giving you plenty of warnings and chances to pipe down, and have recently decided that we're going to adopt a more stringent method.

Why exactly should you have any sort of say in this when you have one of the longest histories of being toxic of any of our members, and for years have never shown an ounce of proof that you can/will change your attitude? Have you actually stopped and considered that maybe you constantly spouting complaints and getting staff involved, staff that are staff only because they volunteer to, not for pay or any sort of reward, is maybe, just maybe, obnoxious and tedious, and selfish on your part? The world does not revolve around you. Stop acting like it does.

Box is not a saint in this and will be dealt with accordingly, however, right now, the focus is on you.

-1 since I can't tell if this is a meme app or not. It's a premature application regardless considering last night was the first time you've played on the servers in months. Would change my rating if I saw more activity + a bit more initiative that would speak for/justify a mod app.
