I would say max ct banned for a week I think perm is a little overkill. But I agree the whole ramp to blue box thing is getting a little out of hand.

Fun guy, is nice most of the time and enjoyable to play with. He does have his moments but who doesn't and has a strong head on there shoulders. +1 A; 7 M;6 I would agree mostly with shadow spy he can be harsh at sometimes but overall is a great guy to play with and knows the rules. I think when put with responsibility he would rise up to it.

I have been playing on the csgo jail server for a while and want to start doing my part to help. XG is a great community that I have been able to be apart of so far, and want to keep seeing the community flourish and be part of it.

I would like to see it play out a while maybe for two or three try's and if it works then I see no problem with it. If it does not then so be it and not play it any more. If anything it should be interesting at least :)

I Like this idea should be after a couple of months say if 2 admins or 3 mods Rep you, you get Trusted. Only mods/ admins or higher can rep and make it a reward for members who want to help out and are Trusted users in the community.

I'm fine with this. I like the idea of having more +1 to be a member and the 30 day trial period I will call it for users under 16. We have many users under 16 who are not that bad, however some can be very immature and snap. I would say around 2 months would be a good trial period but 30 days I cant argue with.

I'm not going to lie I know there is 2 users going by Jinx and one that I just played with is not 17. I Look forward if you are the other one to play with and I'm sure after a while you can get a easy plus 1 out of me.
