It's 1:25am and I wanted to shit post, so I applied for social media discord staff.

I have never once considered, nor heard of anyone calling the word in question a slur, therefore we have spoken about the rules within the rust server, and things will be handled differently from now on.

What server did this happen in?: xeno gamers 100000x on rust
What exactly did the abuser do?: supported someone saying the f-slur
Did they state a reason prior, if so, what was the reason?: "welcome to rust"
Did it affect other players?:yes
Explain the entire situation here: A member named "jahkiboy" on the Rust Xeno Gamers 100000x sever was talking suicidal and everyone was just trying to ignore or just tell him to not take it seriously. A new person named "{SaO} Mystic Nut joins and starts making trouble. Mystic then ends up calling another member the f-slur. I knew that slurs weren't allowed and were a bannable offense. This was even stated by Bumpy (I show it in my screenshots). I then report it to bumpy himself because i knew that months prior he banned my friend for just saying curse words. no slurs or anything. Bumpy then ends up not taking any action and just making jokes about it.

It seems that my account was blocked by accident because a friend of mine reported it as a "scammer" so right know my account do not exits it seems like 
Also, be careful with trying to get help from "Steam support" using Discord, turns out they are pretty much scammers, they wanted me to create an account on a website to buy bitcoins, luckily for me, I block everything related to my card just in case 
 
So yeah, if you see anything suspicious with my account, that is not me right now, I will try to recover as soon as possible

-1 being active isn't a justification for being staff, multiple instances of immaturity IMO about basically any time someone does something dumb by either joining in or trying to start a "fuck them" bandwagon to ban etc.
 
I don't think you would rationally moderate discord imho

I am fine with membership removal that he can earn back in time, I don't think this warrants a ban on discord though if we are removing his membership anyways. I would only suggest temp or perm banning on discord if he continues to be an issue after this.

Also, I have always been against xG turning into a "safe space" but that's not what we are doing by enforcing our rules. We are helping people who join our servers have a pleasant time and not be worried that they will get personally attacked over their race, gender, or beliefs (which is why we also don't like people talking about politics).

 

Since this has apparently gotten a lot of attention, I will throw in my 2 pesos. 
First off, discord warnings on known users tend to often not be a good representation. As someone with multiple meme warns, I know this from experience. For example, being racist to a friend who doesn't genuinely find it offensive isn't an issue. I'm sure Jadow doesn't actually give a shit when I make Chinese jokes. It's the same as how if someone I know calls me a beaner I won't care but if it's some random person -  then like yeah, wtf?
Brady's bigotry is not a question. He is very openly an edgelord, for "comedic" purposes or not, and he does certainly INTEND to offend people. I can't really say much on the current company of Brady as I rarely join the voice chats anymore, but back in the days he was fun company, as dingo mentioned. The way he treats other members is obviously not okay, and I'd be all for muting him from text chat as he clearly hasn't been able to behave himself around other people. 
My opinion is going to be roughly the same as dingo's; +1 for membership removal, -1 for permaban. However, if you can prove that reddit post was him, that definitely warrants a permanent ban from the community. Going out of your way to target and harass someone should never be allowed, which is exactly what that reddit post was doing.

I agree that this would be completely fucked. I dont know who tf made it but I can assure everyone I dont even have a reddit and didnt even know chrono had one. I am down to do the time for what Ive said because it hurt people and I see it now but a permanent ban seems a bit ridiculous. @Meaty I genuinely am sorry for offending you I say shit sometimes that I regret later but that doesnt change the fact I said it. This gon be reformed brady v5 but aint gon be a v6

That is just putting a band-aid on the issue.
