Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: Zack the Shark Offender's Identity: STEAM_0:0:60430897 Rules Broken: Repeatedly acting toxic on the servers Ban Type: Server Ban Evidence: I'm just gonna make this off of Sylux's Thread so that there can be an actual official ban request. This is mainly being brought up concerning all of the recent drama with how Zack responded to @Sylux and his trolling on the servers and how it is worthy of a ban rather than just a gag and what should be done. The main reasons for why his punishment should really be a ban are from how constantly toxic Zack can be on the server towards others players when he gets upset, which he does a lot for very little reason. Which has caused players to tend to go after him for his responses but most of time it's barely anything and is mainly just trying to kill him a lot in game (except for Sylux's case) which we still do have the friendly command, but this does not give him the right to be toxic back in return in chat or on mic. There is mainly a lack of a record from for the fact that staff has been fairly lenient towards him and have let him get away with barely any real punishment or warning, even when he responds just as bad as the person going after him. Which is why I believe that he should just receive a day ban or a serious warning as @Bello had said, so that it might actually convince him to stop his behavior as he will see some kind of real consequence. Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: Sylux Identity: STEAM_0:0:26489939 Ban Type: Server Ban Information: After being recently banned for 1 month for 'Trolling, harrassment' by @Elcark , for what is in my opinion unfair reasoning I attempted to add elcark on steam as I'm aware they don't fully understand the situation...however I was rejected so I'll make a ban protest instead. Following suit a ban request on 'Zack the shako'. After stomping a player called zack the sharko on the local server of hyrule as soldier (y) he became agitated and aggressive on the mic, which I replied too. His main critque was that my grandparents are dead (strange insult if i'm honest as it's false) in which, i replied 'lol yours are the same', this provided me with the best response I have ever seen from someone online which he replied in chat after 5 minutes of voice crying: ' Scalie Zack the Sharko : My grandpartents could easily kick your fucking ass kid' which is probably the best quote in the world which has been designated as my '[' key. Now this key gets pressed a fair bit when typing simply because it's next to my enter key and I love it. Firstly in the rules there is no mention of not being able to have binds, sure if you had a bind of straight racism or homophobia that is different but in my instance this is a direct quote. If you are directly this quote to any rule it has to be disrespect - exactly what zack the sharko does when he plays. When entering the server he will usually shit talk all players yet still direct it towards me, I just ignore it after it it's a game. When I press the bind after his vocal littering he goes berserk calling all admins such as @Kypari and @Krampus immediately after the bind is pressed claiming it's not fair to use the bind even after his unprovoked shit talk. Another interesting point is the warning system, I was not warned about using the bind before the 1 month ban was placed. The only warning i received was from Krampus asking for me and zack to shut up, which after getting my point across and zack not listening i simply muted him. However I was informed he was still talking shit even after being muted and asked if he was on local chat and bam, muted! That mute is kind of justified as krampus was just trying to stop the situation escalating anymore, after that mute took place zack cursed and went off. Further more, my ban was 1 month and the furry friend who is immune to the full consequences of his shittalking actions due to his furry friend admins only received a 1 day mute. :whistle: Lastly I want to talk about zack's approach to justify why he can 'legally' shit talk me and other players on the server. He claims others are 'harassing' him by killing him and not talking by using the in game taunt system, for me however I was 'harrassing' him by 'following' him to the pokemon server (which i am in the top 10 players for and play there with queen) :D after getting bored on tgh. :thinking: Interested in hearing others' opinions on the matter please post any response below! Division: Garrys Mod In-Game Name: JJOORRRDAN Identity: 76561198343617231 Ban Type: Server Ban Information: I was banned off of the Morbus Garry's Mod server for "Ghosting" after another player claimed i was even though i have no way of ghosting and i would really enjoy if you would give me another chance to prove that i am not cheating. thank you.

Division: Team Fortress 2 Staff Name: Tekage [xG:A] Staff's Identity: STEAM_0:0:72438856 Evidence: The logs may say i was muted, And you can just join the server when joshlink is on and see the toxicity that he does consistently. Further Information: I was on the XG team fortress 2 server and i was having a dispute with another player, countering to a fair amount of toxicity. The Tekage joined in and started telling me to mute him if i didn't like him, I did not however want to mute him and when i said im allowed to complain about players i was muted for 30 mins. The unjust part about it was the player i was having the dispute with has done the same amount of disrespect constantly just about every day on the server , and constantly complains about other players, irritates everyone, and Makes everyone generally angry. I hope this gets resolved, and that one player doesn't get punished instead of the other for the exact same thing.

Even if it is an hour.. Pressing a ban, just because the defendent is right. Is rather over the top.

I was voice chatting with some people and trying to get to know them and it hit. No reason was provided.

I was kicked for that and rejoined. After that, i defended myself as i felt that the kick was unwarrented and was banned for "arguing" with the admin. I waited through the ban and rejoined after it was lifted, and upon rejoining i made an offhand comment about the ban "xg, where the rules and ban reasoons are made up and logic doesn't matter." I was then banned again for that, even though it was just a joke to someone else on the server.

The last time I was around I was a dumbass attention seeking angsty teenager. I've changed quite a lot since then. Had the community in 2010 I was 13 when I joined. I'm 20 now. Got promoted to mod few months after joining. Eventually got promoted to admin for the cs:s servers. Then yeah as I said I just started creating a lot of drama and crying about the dumbest shit. Don't want to write a page of apologies, but I am sorry to everyone that had to deal with that. That was a whole different stage in life, I moved onto the next. Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: Indigo Identity: Steam Community :: Indigo Ban Type: Server Ban Information: So I was banned on a small server, a surf map for using an aimbot, I only used it to destroy sentries and heavies spawn killing every time I spawned and it was ruining the game for everyone, I told the chat that I was about to turn on my aimbot to clear up the mess, and they had no problem with it, eventually after around 5 minutes an admin joined, and I got banned, I mean from his point of view it's justified, but I believe it should have been a temporary ban instead of permanent, I truly enjoy the server but if the ban isn't appealed, I completely understand. ^_^'
