EDNight 25 Posted June 7, 2018 Just something I had been thinking of, obviously not everyone is going to like to cook the same thing. So what style of cooking do you tend to go to when you're preparing a meal. Personally I enjoy cooking from regions that involve more use of spices, such as Indian or Mexican. 1 ProjectXenome reacted to this
ProjectXenome 17 Posted June 8, 2018 I feel whenever I'm cooking something it's always something sort of basic. I kinda don't really go out and cook much that doesn't have directions on the back of a box because I tend to worry a lot. However I did kinda do something new today. I actually just cooked pork chops in oil I used shortly before to cook baby scallops. It was something small but it kinda made a big difference at least for me. In terms of a general "Region" or "style" of food I don't mind too much. 1 EDNight reacted to this

Goblins 580 Posted June 9, 2018 Lasagna or die. I'll make a whole pan and eat half of it. I'll eat a lot of pasta, but meats are dope too. I make some nice steaks.

Tatost 604 Posted June 15, 2018 (edited) When I cook, I usually do Mexican or Italian. I'm also pretty good with ribs, burgers, hot dogs, brats, steaks (flank steak is the best ). Baking is the poop tbh. @YeEternalTuna knows what I mean. A flourless chocolate cake is a dessert for kings. shwash 108 Posted July 5, 2018 My family largely consists of off-the-boat Polacks, so Polish / European cooking is what I have the most fondness for. 1 YeEternalTuna reacted to this
