    Look Oscar, you may miss xG, but xG in no way misses you. I'm sorry for what your father is going through, if he really is going through it but your not going to win my sympathy with it because that has nothing to do with why your banned. Saying this is like the equivalent to the excuse of "Oh my brother was using my account" and thats a pretty sad excuse. I have to agree with duke here though, just drop it already, your perma-banned, end of story, let, it, go!

    when the other guy talked about this to resolve moderator issues i thought it was a really stupid idea as a solution for that but now with the over population problems this Needs to happen. its becoming ridiculous. i used to love being a ct and calling warden all the time but now every other person who wants control and doesn't even have a mic 80% of the time does !guard. this results in poor, inexperienced ct's and as you said people just screaming for warden. then theres also the guys that claim every time they die it was a free kill. honestly its just plain out f**king annoying at this point. i truly +1 this and agree that we need to have 2 jb servers. plus Christmas is over now so just take the Christmas server and convert it to a second jailbreak server with a player limit of 40-45 players. also in order to populate this second server simply put chat adverts on the main jailbreak and have mods and admins suggest to people to switch to the second one when the first one is becoming over populated.

    i have been in 2 months lol and even so i've played on the servers a lot longer. also November has 30 days and December has 31 so i figured its about equal lol plus i thought i was accepted in November 1st?

    lol but serious reasons: I'm extremely active in the servers and not just jailbreak, i am active in all css xG servers. also i already try and moderate, ill point out if someone freekilled or if they've broken a rule, and every time this happens if theres a mod or admin on i instantly put it into @admin chat. also I'm on the teamspeak server literally everyday lol. and as far as donations go i haven't personally donated yet (someone donated for me for a hat pack, ty duke w/ love) but i do plan to donate in future. and lastly i am on sometimes real early morning when no mods usually are and things tend to get messy around then sometimes cause theres not that many people on (if any) and there usually people that aren't regulars on the server or just don't follow rules.

    well i've reviewed all the demos and i can say that the second one was a freekill, he wasn't trying to rebel, he just had 3/4 of the entire ct team stacking on him... though he could have tried to finish the course and, he was choosing no scope and knifing ct's... its kind of iffy cause it was technically rebelling but overall he shouldn't have been killed cause everyone was being a dumb ♥♥♥♥ and stacking on him. though i can see why he made the mistake and killed him. third demo was an obvious 100% freekill and he got slayed for it. and as for the last demo... theres no proof, the last demo u just see he killed like 3 people before warday started which could have been simply for them not being in cell, so theres no proof in the last one but LOL @ the last ct and T working together in the end of it lol that was hilarious when someone turned on friendly fire lawl. but alas overall i would say this guy doesn't deserve to be ct banned. maybe it would have been different if i were on the server but from the videos all i can say to conclude is that the first demo of him killing lr guy was an honest mistake cause if you looked at chat he was rebelling technically. and as for you getting killed for going to the correct door with dukes spray it was a freekill though he was slain for it and duke's orders, though clear, got confusing when half the T's went for lawn and half the T's did the right thing and some just walked back and forth. so all in all he shouldn't be ct banned unless he actually breaks the rules *on purpose* not on accident.

     

    Edit: IT IS DIFFERENT IN GAME, though your demos dont provide much proof to actual on purpose freekills i was playing jailbreak recently and he does freekill a lot. sadly didn't demo cause just joined but he dose freekill. +1 to this ct ban request he needs to learn rules.
