It is brought to my attention that there is a glitch with the Ct Banning system. I am still banned and when unbanned from a mod, the ban is reapplied when switching the map. Is there any way to fix this?

I finally created an account. So here it is, i was banned for mass free killing people in the map with the helicopter. To be honest i really didn't even know how to fly the thing. i admit to it, however i was perm banned and would love to have the opportunity to become a CT again.
