  1. So I started off this thing just for fun and expirementing but it turned out pretty cool, Ive only made the base layout of the starting room so far. Inspired by vietnam/pirate/tropical theme.

    The 3 boats make up the "cells" and have an invisible wall not allowing you to jump off until a CT presses the "open cells" button which spawns planks from each boat to the dock. feedback if i should continue this project pls? -Dead Roses

    Of course you should continue. Looks cool, very different from the starting areas I've seen so far. Consider balance though, as T's out in the open makes it hard for them to hide weapons etc. Also, you should start planning a way for them to either rebel or shoot open the "cell doors" from inside the cells. Consider a larger starting area so you have room to expand once you get ideas. I would suggest either slightly larger boats with a lower deck or maybe adding more than 3 spawn points. I'd also love to see a VIP cell as this theme allows you to get creative. Can't wait to see were this goes and be sure to add "-language pirate" to your launch options when you test the map :jimlad:


  2. So I rolled Invisibility and I'm not sure of its exact mechanics. Are you completely unseeable? The description says there's a sound that tells you when it's over, but as I didn't hear it is there some other notification? How long does it last? Does it does it still work during lr? And how do guards react when a T uses it? Is it considered rebelling, since we can't really verify what a T is doing while using it, should we just restrict movement an try to wait them out?


  3. its been brought to my attention and many others i suspect that there seems to be a ow population on the JB server, and theirs many ways of solving this problem. some are very easy.

    ever noticed that other JB servers that have shitty staff, free killing and just bad management seem to get tons of people and are continuously populated. because they have the hub plugin, or something like it. why don't we? its been promised to us and now we need it more than ever. sort it out people, i can offer my help but i don't think i can do much other than ask around.

    hub should be in around end of month. the other thing you can also notice from them is that their "shitty staff" is constantly on. I personally have seen the current csgo staff on TTT more than JB in the last week.

     

    if someone is in the server people are likely to join, as opposed to an empty one.

    Longer ban times should be reserved for disrespect, hacking, and Purple. I think the main problem is that admins don't immediately slay or ct ban someone when an offense occurs and that allows people to continue to break rules and leads to a bigger offense. So I feel like we should have more enforcement of the rules and lesser punishments. Also unban LQ

    I agree I drink water 99% of the time. I don't even drink soda. I occasionally have some kool aid or Gatorade, but water is the best
