You people are missing the point. Its ok to go inactive and all that jazz, but if hes gonna get promoted during this time. it just shows favoritism since I was demoted a while ago for inactivity and had double his hours

I'm kind of confused as to where you stand on this matter, but I said it before and I will say it again. It's ok to have different opinions, but when you are insulting and making fun of someone for having another opinion, that's not cool. Either talk about it with them politely, or keep it to yourself.
