Guys I'm in need of some cheap desktop speakers, but with good sound quality.

 

Price range : 0-$25

 

Yes, I know for the amount of money you guys are going to say "your never going to find good quality ones" However, I just want to know what the best speakers FOR THAT PRICE are. This isn't as much for gaming purposes, its just general speakers.
