css not working can someone please help

so for about a week now i have been playing on my laptop trying to figure out whats wrong with my css. so when i click play it shows the valve and source loading screens and then automatically shuts down with no notices or anything poping up and it is really annoying. so does anyone know the answer to my problem

 

Edit: when I mean playing on laptop for week I mean the problem is on my main computer not laptop

 

EDIT: NVM FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK BY REINSTALL WINDOWS 7 YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES

try uninstalling and reinstalling i see you in specate all the time but never playing

Wel that's bc I'm on my laptop but for my main computer I've tried everything from reinstall to deleting whole steam folder
