This allows the server guards to relieve a little rage on to otherwise warden only killed Terrorist. Also we know we rather have silence as a T more then CT because he is ruthless! The point is all guards while silience is ct , have the chance to get a few kills in for good laughs only while the leader is a guard himself! :) and only in moderation to what silience says during his time as guard!
