Snoopy 0 Posted June 29, 2011 What's the worst tech support you've even received? Mine would be from Dell or MSI. From dell it would be when I had a Windows 95 and they said that it was not unfixable. Three days later I got a new Power Supply and it started running just like the old days. MSI would be when I called for troubleshooting my onboard video card. They kept sending me to different people, eventually one guy asks "So what is your issue today?" Never 0 Posted June 29, 2011 Dell by far. I call them up more than once, an Indian man ALWAYS answers, and I can never get a word in edgewise. They give terrible advice most of the time that never works, and when you sent something in for repair they do a bad job and take several weeks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DysprosiumJD 0 Posted June 30, 2011 Last time I tried Dell's tech support, I spent an hour telling an Indian man that one of my cables were loose while he updated my drivers. It was at that moment that I realized that nobody at Tech Support actually knows anything, they're just there to make sure you restart your computer before they spend money on a repairman.
