Snoopy 0 Posted July 3, 2011 Two weeks ago I had a dispute with a seller who hacked into my account and sent himself money. When I contacted him he said he didn't want it and so I saved that chat and the seller specifically said that "I do not want the money, but cannot refund because my account is limited", on top of that the seller did not reply within the 7 days to solve the dispute. I sent that chat to PayPal who did thier "investigation" which I got back today saying Denial. They're investigation department is bogus, a bunch of high school drop outs who pick randomly out of a hat with "Refund or Denial" written on the paper. I'm putting a warning out to everyone, it wasn't alot but it was still a lesson. They are fake, and will not help you. Tell everyone who uses PayPal and give them a heads up. Learn from my mistakes.
