also the rule is that you have to physically see someone rebel to be able to kill them, this "Dexter is now a rebel" just contradicts that rule, so it is +1 for me to remove this

the problem with that is that you may not know who is actually warden, calling warden along with several other people then thinking thinking that you are warden is stubborn. also, people listen to wrong orders and stubborn people freekill them because they think they are warden.
