I don't think mic spamming would lead to a perm ban, but the occasions of mass freekill might. Plus you need video or screenshot proof of him doing this for a ban to pass. The higher-ups should at least be made aware of this person and should take proper action if he continues this. I will remain at a 0 for now :apthy:

You are right, this is not a ban request. But what you should realize is that we are posting evidence that shows why mohammad banned you and why he did not abuse his admin powers.

Well, theres some proof of you spamming and possibly trolling.

It is not just that you were using all caps the whole time, it looks like you spammed a lot using all caps. This thread is eventually going to end up a flame war, so can a higher-up please look at this and make a desicion?

Perhaps he gagged you because the other person doing it was dead so he wasn't able to see the chat spam that the other guy was doing?

Maybe steam could suspend his account or something?

Why: I think Cookie would make a good Moderator because she knows the rules. (MOTD rules and non-official rules that some Mods and Admins and such sometimes try to make) Even though she is not yet a Moderator, she still enforces the rules the best she can by calling in someone to take care of the situation. On the subject of her "raging", I have never seen her do this (That doesn't mean she didn't do it), but if this is true, I have seen her play and her attitude has improved and she is much calmer and nicer than she may have been in the past. There have been a lot of people who have become Moderator and above when they have "raged", so why would her case be any different? Not liking somebody is not a good enough reason to give them a -1. She seems like a good person and gets along with most people well and would make a good Moderator.

So we didn't ban the wrong person.

I guess xG banned the wrong person if it's resulting in a DDoS of their servers.

You don't have to be on the servers to DDoS them.

+1 Because she is really active on tf2 and she would be able to enforce the rules that people tend to ignore most of the time because we don't that active of mods for tf2 (Excluding Lime and Rosser and stuff)

Its happening more than every half hour.. And it needs to stop because it is very annoying and it is making people leave :crushed:
