Any member that still gets banned for legitimate reasons should not be running a division, no matter how well you know the game. Maturity is a huge factor when it comes to running a division, if you can't handle yourself in a mature manner, it will just keep people away from that division.

Pretty sure that's a glitch and not a feature. Sometimes hats and miscs kinda just come off the character. From what I've seen, there is no way to fix it.

1. Earn it by coming in teamspeak and going on TF2 often. Actually talking with TF2 members in teamspeak helps and so does going on the forums to +1 people every now and then. 2. Pay a bit of money to apply for moderator (It's $5 or $10, something around that) 3. Straight up buy moderator or admin (Don't know if it's available anymore)
