yea i gotta PC guy that helps us with our computer shit and he put a new video card in it (like long before i started playing counter strike) and usually it comes out sometimes.

but when i turn on my PC, the fans make like a normal fan sound but like the fan tries to turn on with like 4 or 5 attempts then its a steady fan sound.
