I was recently offered a management position. I've had one interview already with the owner and I am scheduling a second interview for next week. The owner said the second interview would also include the current "manager stand-in" and I should be prepared with questions to ask the manager and "try to stump her." I'm not sure what type of questions to ask or if this is supposed to be some sort of joke since I was told to stump her. Any ideas on what to ask? Rules for replying: You must be 20+ y/o You must have (or have had) a job Kiddies, go away, you won't be helpful. I'm looking for some real ideas here.

Who cares about the past? I could give 2 shits about every round that's done and over. This needs to be clarified so there's no confusion in the future.

Because of (I assume) this post more and more people are becoming aware of this rule. (Which is a good thing) We just ran into this and it caused a bit of a problem. Warden tried to play FRLR a second day in a row and a handful of people called him out and said he couldn't but he proceeded anyway. It caused a lot of confusion and resulted in unneeded bloodshed. Mods/Admins on at the time were @@Sporky @@SuperNarwhal and a few others. Can this be discussed and resolved so there's no confusion and something can be agreed on to be enforced? Either way I don't care but it's a deadly grey-area right now.

"She" is annoying. "She" does break rules a lot. When told to read motd she always says it's broken. @@Neo. and I came to the conclusion that "she" may have html motd disabled (an option in CS:S) and Neo tld her how to change it. But still... "she" claims it doesn't work. I'll +1 for a perm CT ban for "her" Hopefully we can get enough support to do this, even though there's a lack of real true "proof" - it's hard to demo it because it's just plain faggotry and it happens so randomly.

Alright, alright, alright... There's been a few people saying how JB days can get boring because we always do the same thing (including map games and other stuff like frlr, simon, etc). Those people, along with myself, have asked for and tried introducing new games. However, @Neo. found something in the motd/rules... The first paragraph under the "Different Type of Games" header says " Any game that has been played cannot be played a second time for 2 days." If this were enforced I think it would really help with the boredom everyone experiences. So, that's my first point, can this be enforced? Second question is this: Does this rule include map games? Climb, race, soccer, etc, etc, etc... A lot of maps have a lot to offer (and some don't) but it could still help break things up if we don't play the same stuff all the time. (Keep in mind: part of the map or not, soccer is soccer is soccer and race is race is race... amiright?)

I know what a bump is and what a bump does. The purpose of this thread was to get Silence's attention, and you did that, so why bump it? You bumped it 30 minutes after you posted it. You then did a ninja-bump when you replied to yourself. Doesn't matter how many bumps you do, it's still "new and unread" when Silence gets here. And again, you got his attention, he addressed you issue and gave you a timeline. There's really no need for a bump. If the issue isn't solved when he said then it would make sense to contact him again. For all these reasons, it's spam.

Don't forget to double-space after periods. This is a habit of mine anyways which comes from type-writer days where all text was fixed-width so a double-space helped differentiate between sentences. It's no longer a common practice, however it's not forbidden.
