The plugin MCBans is a plugin that can help stop griefers and inform staff about people who have had previous bans. With it you have the option to globally ban a player from EVERY single server with MCBans.

Pretty easy to set up and configure.

Another plugin to help people get money from things other than shops is called MoneyDrop. It makes it so mobs drop iconomy money when you kill them. This plugin is helpful for players who are too lazy to buy/sell stuff they mine. This plugin is easy to set up and configure.

I just thought of another plugin called HawkEye it is one of the best anti-griefing plugins that if you want you can have a web page that can track tons of different server events. Even if it is a bit complicated to set up it is a very useful plugin.

There is an extremely helpful plugin that prevents PvP Logging called Anti PvP Logger I suggest you add it to the server!
