Our Saxton Hale server only has 4 Hales: Saxton hale, Vagineer, Horseless Headless Horsemann Jr. and Christian Brutal Sniper. I feel like there should be some more Hales that make you change your strategy like CBS or Horsemann.
Ninja Spy: Has a third of a normal Hale's health once he runs out everything slows down and it will say how many lives he has left. (1 life for each third of health)
Seeman and Seeldier (however you spell his name): there's two of them and their rage makes them summon dead people as minions who either have Demoman or Soldier health and speed, and they can't be healed.
Just a couple suggestions there's many more like Demopan and Gentlespy. These were just some that would discourage the normal Engineers camp in cheap area and Scouts run around delaying matches forever.
