  1. I agree that this is a poorly written rule, and I have brought up this issue before informally. Due to the fact that the rules are not clear, different mods make different decisions and as a result people who shouldn't/should get slayed are/aren't, respectively. A higher up that can change rules needs to address this, as it has been brought up many times, and obviously causes problems. jmo.
  2. +1 i think this is the easiest and least controversial solution. I have seen this many times on the server, and mostly stems from people with bad mics/inexperience/abuse and when they ignore those who ask them kindly to pass it just causes arguments and frustration. JMO
  3. +1 My man is always on teamspeak and in server as much as our other mods, knows rules well, is fair and kind to all players. He i good t, ct, and warden. He is active on the forums and with members as a map tester, and has recently joined our new Cs:GO competitive team (very helpful). I cannot think of any reason he should not be a mod.
  4. I'm down. -Age: 20 -Competitive experience (CSS/CSGO): I play competitive casual everyday on Cs:GO, play Cs:GO every day, part of Cs:GO division. Played competitively on CAL and scrim teams for Day of Defeat, Cs:S, and have played with xG members in unofficial competitive games multiple times. -Time zones and availability. Eastern Time Zone, and I'm in college, so my availability is all over the place, for the most part I'll be in class until the after noon and then I work at night and on weekends, but I should have between 2 and 8 open every weekday, and all weekends except for 8 pm on. Weekdays I will be available from 2 pm on, except for one or two evenings when I work (and have to leave at 8).
  5. Thanks again bleed, yeah alot of people who have changed their f bind have been running into this problem especially when ashtray is warden, useful info I'd say.
  6. Yesterday I was changing some teamspeak settings and decided to use F as my teamspeak hot key. Thus I unbound my flashlight, and when I went to bind it to a different key I could not figure out how. I talked about it with Spartacus a little bit, and we can't figure out the bind command that activates the flashlight, because it is not an editable game control under the cs:go settings. Anyone know what the command is for cs:go? I would appreciate any help. I've been told to use impulse bind <key> 'impulse 100' and bind <key> 'flashlight', neither work. Bean
  7. bump, no one else has love for the bean?
  8. Hello everybody! I have been active on the Xeno Gamers Cs:GO Jailbreak server quite a bit over the last 2 months, especially within the last month. I have had the opportunity to play with many xG members and enjoy the server. I know the rules well, often help members, and admins enforce them by catching things they may not see, and I feel I am a fair and honest player. I almost always slay myself when I accidentally break rules, and I never intentionally break the rules. There are rare occurrences (as with anyone who plays JB) where I may not agree that I should be slain, or have broken a rule, and I do stand up for myself, and that has frustrated some xG members in the past. (Sorry Nova) I try not to argue and just have fun. (That is why we play this game right?) I am a cop in real life, so I'm used to following and enforcing rules, taking on responsibility, and being a leader. I hope that all of the members that I play with on a daily basis can vouch for me so I can be one step closer to becoming greater friends with all of you. Thanks for your time and consideration!
