You were given time to drop the gun during the round you didn't you died. Several other Terrorists picked up guns that round and immediately dropped them. you went after a gun, got it, didnt drop it, then died.

Think you guys basically covered it, he didn't follow wardens orders exactly. I'm well known for being a strict warden some people like it, some people hate it. Nova was present for this, He agrees it was not a freekill, everytime Matsi joins the server he is disrespectful towards xG, admins, mods, members, and even regulars of the community, and is well known for posting excessive threads for minor offenses on the server. If he is so unhappy with the xG server to the point where other members of the community are bothered by him I feel he should move on to a different server just my two cents.

knowing rek? probably made a mistake that resulted in freekills, or called Aaron a racial slur. Common problems with rek even if he is a good guy.

I have not stated that anything has improved but said it shall begin.

Care to state how you plan to improve things? besides threatening bans?

How is that an improvement? Wouldn't an improvement be actually responding to admin abuse, fixing server plugins and overall improving the server/community as a whole?

Anyways, I talked to Duckii about this whole ordeal and previous issues as well. With Duckiis' permission, if I hear anyone in TS talking down on xG or how it works and talking about xG and the servers in a negative manner, I don't care who you are, I'm going to start doing some bans. If you don't like xG or the servers or how it is ran, the door is open you can leave, if YOU do however, then shut up and stop complaining or you can give suggestions on the forums of how it can be ran better. If you have issues pertaining to abuse, post it on the forums, don't come bitching at me about it, because quite frankly, i'm getting sick of it.

So Instead of listening and fixing problems with the community or server you're going to ban people who talk about them? Brilliant solution.

Even if you were to argue I was somehow at fault for not being tagged up, according to the forums he is required to warn me, then kick me, then ban me for 5- 15minutes. Not a week, Not 2 days

Not exactly going to argue in either persons favor because the demo isn't working for me and I wasn't there but I will say this, Enforcing a wardens orders to the exact letter will occassionally get you slayed or teamswapped if people don't understand exactly what happened, it's not a huge deal I've never posted an admin abuse thread over it although I will speak with the person who did it, they will generally apologize for it or I'll bring it to someone higher up and they will discuss it with them. Also in my opinion Matsi "Warning Shots" are an act of favoritism because I know most of the time when someone disobeys a wardens orders you deliver a relatively well aimed headshot. I've been slayed for favoritism before. There was a time I gave a complex out of cell order and several people fucked it up, I killed everyone I saw make a mistake and was slayed because I didn't kill absolutely everyone who made a mistake.

TLDR, shit happens, sorry it happened to you, don't freak out over every little thing

There is no such thing as private commands anymore I left the server after I used commands the first time and rejoined under a new name. I was undercover because I was receiving complaints of freekills, freeshooting, and disrespect

No admin or mod asked me at any point to put my tags on.

Screenshot 4 shows me using an ungag @all command because people in the server were saying they were unable to speak. I never used a gag @all command. This screenshot shows other people typing with no problem whatsoever and then me ungagging everyone in case for some reason someone was actually gagged.

Banned me for a week without saying a word to me.

Asked him about it in teamspeak and he said he banned me for not wearing my tags

Which says I am allowed to be in the server untagged as a way of being undercover and catching people breaking rules when no mods are seemingly around. I've seen several admins do this since I joined xG and I asked 2 of them before I did this.

Pinoy blew me off in teamspeak, refused to reduce my punishment at all. Cookiesars was also there and quoted the same post, Pinoy argued that he was a DM and therefore higher ranking and it did not matter. Shortly thereafter we were kicked from his teamspeak channel.

Went to go check my ban on the ban list again, it was moved from a week to 2 days and the reasons have changed and are still unjust.

At 58271 you practice favoritism by not shooting corbo who is not dancing, along with the couple of terrorists who spam close the door behind me and are not dancing

Enforcer if you've never seen the games mentioned here played it speaks to how active you are on the server. Generally we've played duck hunt with deagles or AWPs, and have 2 shooters. As far as knife race, the t's are not stacked so their knife marks are seperate and can be compared

+1, good guy, knows rules, doesn't argue or complain. ocassionally wardens when no one else will, gets my vote even though hes a squeeker

The people who registered on the forums to vote today are regulars who actually play in the csgo server and are upset that this thread exists.

Scub joined the server about an hour ago, died in the first 30 seconds of his first round, Screamed that I was a FAG and then rage quit before I could explain why I even shot him.

I personally feel that "Follow me" should imply face towards the warden, since its the only way to know which way to go

The secret door to tower/wall on summer is considered a vent, CTs cannot open vents unless they are last CT. you were not LastCT and were not even pursuing a rebel. Therefore I slayed you.

He was gun spamming multiple desert eagles and M4s on space jail. there is no need to grab more than two let alone five, there are only 2 guns there.

You didnt specify to crouch or that crouch was a permanent order. You freekilled me and were slayed for it, everyone crouched because you started shouting crouch as you shot me.
