I mainly play on the RPG surf server and also spend some time on the minigames and bhop servers. I play on the RPG surf server on a daily basis and am a respected xG member who is very familiar with the community of staff, members, and other people who play there. I am a 26 year old mature gamer and am very unbiased; a trait that I feel is important in a person that holds a staff position. I am very active on the forums, either giving my opinions for the improvement of the CSS division, input on member applications, or input on ban requests / staff abuse. In my case, my full name, full address, phone number, and google earth pictures of my house were linked in chat. I did not see any such info linked in chat and would not like to see an active player banned for wrongful reasons.

I was on during this time yesterday and was watching chat and I did not see any personal info given out over chat. This recently happened to me and I know how serious this issue is and that it should not be taken lightly, but I did not see any personal info being given out. Was this offense done in game or was it though some type of outside chat?

You still play on it and admitted to playing on it, therefore since you use it to play it should be perma banned as well.

Division: Counter-Strike: Source In-Game Name: Madison Offender's Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:85764795 Rules Broken: Player (modkerpz) was perma banned on his main account and now uses this alternate account to log onto the server Evidence: Modkerpz was recently perma banned on his account due to giving away members personal info and now uses another account to play on the server. He admitted to me and a server full of people it was him playing on another account, please see attached screenshots. Please perma ban his alternate account because he should not be allowed on the server any more since he was already perma banned.

Definitely not 16, sounded very very young. Only seen him on once, cant really make a decision yet.

So my full name, street address, state and hometown are not considered personal information? You did say it over voice chat and even went so far as to research my street address, pull up a picture of my house, host it online, and link it to an almost full server of complete strangers without my consent. That is criminal behavior and a ban should be the least of your concerns. Read carefully what I just stated above and think for a second about what you really did; I know it might be hard for you but I encourage you to try. You are a liar and can barely put together an intelligible sentence.

I completely agree, I told him in the past that it was not right to give out info like that, but just like the others, he continued to do so every time he logged on. It is seriously messed up to do something like this, especially in this day and age. This has been going on for at least a week, this is not the first time this has happened. I finally decided that enough was enough, and now thankfully this child has to face the consequences for his actions. Not only did he link pictures, but he also started going off over voice chat revealing more of my personal info. Unfortunately I could not record this, but I am giving my word that it did happen and more than once. His actions prove that he really is not fit to be on this server and I am happy that he received the appropriate punishment.

The admin I spoke to about this issue is the one who knows which info is correct, and the appropriate action was taken. I also have screenshots of a few other people who did this that same night and it is currently getting looked into. You need to man up to what you did and accept the consequences of your actions and stop acting like a child apologizing to his parents after the fact; this issue is dead. If you felt this strongly all along you should not have done this in the first place and kept on repeatedly doing this, all of your logic and arguments are flawed. Exactly what I am doing.

And if you were really sorry you would have stopped after the first time you spammed my personal info earlier in the week, the only reason you are apologizing is because you were banned.

Murderers often apologize when they are on death row but that does not change the fact that they killed someone.

You 100% do deserve the ban, what you did was messed up hands down. This is not the first time you did this either, its 90% of the time you get on you (and a few others) spam my personal info. I also did not knowingly add you or any of your friends on skype so do not lie in your defense post, it does not look very good and says a lot about your character. I asked you to stop in the past and you continued to spam my info, so what goes to say that you will not do the same exact thing again? You should stay permd.
