Oh you know :P Seen this excuse a ridiculous amount of times. But he was banned about 6 months ago in all honesty by hudson https://xenogamers.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&hideinactive=false&searchText=STEAM_0:0:43651377 most likely for mass freekill. But it was 6 months ago and if you just take a small read through the motd with a hot cup of tea and a wood burning fire place, I'd say he should be able to be unbanned.
