How do I make a throwable bomb in my map?

Hello, I've been creating a jailbreak map and I'm stuck here. I have most of the map done, but I can't figure out how to place a bomb.

I see this all the time in JB maps where they use a bomb for basketball, volleyball, ect.. When I try to place entity weapon_c4, I get a

big red error sign. When I try entity planted_c4_training, I get a bomb model there, but no ts can pick it up. If anyone knows how to do this

in hammer, please let me know!

Oh god I searched 'source hammer create c4' and I accidentally clicked a link on how to make REAL C4. Inb4 school arrests me xD

Is it an error sign like the model is missing?
